Sunbird Beach Resort

Had terrific time. Pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to ocean view 2bd apt. Staff very good and willing to help with any issue.

Dear Staff, our family enjoyed our stay at Sunbird, the only feedback which could offer some assistance is that our bed was on the other side of the waste disposal unit and was quite noisy sometimes, also the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. We loved the location and the friendly staff and would gladly stay there again.

The apartments contained everything we needed. Although the first apartment 11d was much nicer than apartment 21d. Lovely, would stay again.

Thx for accommodating a second car when possible. Meet one staff member in person - very helpfull and professional. Thx for helping us out when we had to leave important business documents to be collected after our departure. Would have like some basic food stuff in apartment for the initial day.

We were very satisfied with our stay and will be returning next time we go to the Gold Coast.

Nice & comfortable, good location and facilities. Based on the web page it was my impresison the 2br apartment would be air conditioned. This was not the case. Also the mattress in the second room was very low quality and quite uncomfortable.

This was our third stay at Sunbird and each time we have loved being there. I wouldn't want foster anywhere else. Erin & Matthew made use of the tennis & squash court almost daily & went back and forth between the beach and pools all day. For me, the genuinely friendly welcome each day is what makes all the difference. Thank you.

Our apartment was fabulous, we were amazed by the view and the quality of everything. Location was perfect and the indoor pool was a great hit with the kids!! I would recommend Sunbird Beach Resort to anyone that is looking for a luxurious holiday for a reasonable price. We will never stay anywhere else now that we have been there. Very private and didn't have the impersonal touristy feel that a lot of other resorts in the area have. Family friendly and we had everything we needed close by. The only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer!!

Had a fantastic stay for the Easter break. Kids had a great time in both the pools. Would definitely stay again.
