We had a very good experience, the rooms were tidied and towels replenished each day. We ate at the restaurant which was fantastic food.

I was absolutely rapt with my upgrade - has rarely happened to me previously. The location was exactly what I was looking for - within walking distance to my family members in hospital accommodation. It was very quiet - very little road noise but a bit of airport noise just after daylight. However that did not worry me. All in all, I was very impressed with everything. Thankyou.

I only stay at the Century Inn when travelling in the area. I love the modern feel, luxury standard and easy car parking. The staff are also outstanding- after many stays I have never met a staff member that wasn't well above average and the competition.

I would like to compliment Century Inn on it's very attentive and speedy service. We had an issue with our T.V. Once we reported the issue to the very friendly reception staff, a member of staff (I think her name was Chantelle) attended to the problem very quickly - visiting our room more than once to try to fix the issue and eventually replacing the T.V with another. I would like to thank Chantelle for her friendliness and positive attitude, as well as her dedication to resolving the issue. I hope this message is passed on to this member of staff, as I believe it is well deserved. Furthermore, I would also like to thank the lovely reception staff for having the issue attended to so quickly. I would definitely stay here again given the chance

Always great service. Only problem was it took 2 hours for reception to call me back as they were inundated with calls. In peak demand times it may be an idea to have 2 people manning the phones OR put people on hold with a hold message instructing guests how to book online- thats what i ended up doing as i thought i may lose the room booking.

Part of family wedding group - beautiful room. Few issues: initial booking.com booking never received by inn despite email confirmation from site to booker so required last minute scramble when realised. Very helpful staff though one staff member in breakfast room very busy though very efficient & orders filled no problem. Overall very impressed. Julie very helpful on phone & in email.

We enjoyed our stay EXCEPT for the breakfast. No hot, cooked breakfast options were offered. We were charged $15 for 1 piece of toast and a coffee - disgusting. Staff should have offered this as complimentary. Everyone was talking about it - there were cockroaches by the toaster. Shocking.

Was good thank you. Only thing we would suggest is clearer description on the Internet of 'family room' that is two adjoined rooms, not one family suite with 2 bedrooms. They were very nice, but a worry having young children in separate room. Other then that facilities were great and we enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommended
