Excellent location and lovely set up. particularly liked that bbq's were so spread out that you could have a private dinner. Lovely pools. everything clean and well maintained. Loved the apartment.

It was our first family holiday with all the kids ans we all really enjoyed ourselves. I think a queen size bed in the main bedrrom wouldve made our stay that little bit more compfy and if i could suggest an enclosed play area with a swing/seesaw etc, where you had the two little box climbing things! I dont think i saw one kid play there the whole time. Maybe if it was fenced and put bark down, (wont have to mow it then) that would be a definate aded bonus for the parents with littlies. One more thing i thought wouldve been nice, a board game or two! However, we still enjoyed our stay and would recomend it to our friends and family.

I have never enjoyed a stay anywhere as much as I enjoyed staying at Grande Florida. The apartment was nothing short of superb with everything supplied that you could possibly need. You are to be congratulated on a resort that has everything, especially for children. I had the most relaxing time that I can remember. My son and I are already planning a return family holiday next year.

We had a lovely time; any issues we had were quickly fixed up by the staff. Heated pool temp was excellent and the location is perfect. The only issue we had was the wifi. Despite paying $7.50 x 2 (seems excessive to run 2 ipods) the kids had to go outside our apartment in order to get a connection. Too expensive, and needs to work properly, especially if charging this much.

excellent,,, great place to unwind after a big day out, the bbqs and pools where brilliant when we got back, parking was easy acces to our room, the service was all what you needed including the little shop at the desk which come in handy several times, beach 5 seconds away, so was coles supermarket and also the pub we where that impressed we want to buy one there

We had a fantastic time at Grande Florida. The apartments were perfect, and very comfortable. Quiet, yet had a alot of things to do if you wanted, Surfer's Paradise etc only being a short drive away. The heated pool was brilliant, esp for our children, and very close to the beach, if you wanted to go there. We would probably come back at the same time of year (july) where the weather is beautiful, and quiter than it would be than in summer...this was perfect for us!!! Would definatley come again, but perhaps for a longer stay!

We have stayed at Grande Florida twice and both times have been fabulous. It has a great atmosphere and very comfy apartments. The temperature in the apartments was perfect! I also loved the well equipped kitchen. It has such a great location - very easy to get to places up and down the Gold Coast. I love the fact that the pool is heated and that access to the beach is so easy. We were made to feel very welcome by staff and felt like they wanted us to return when we checked out. We will definitely be coming back.

Heated pool great for kids, esp. young ones. Temperature good - better than 2 years ago. Our Units very handy to pool & bbq. Weather was excellent - luckily. Staff friendly and very helpful. Heated pool clean; gardens very attractive & well kept. Our 3 families had a great time. We had both older and younger children in our group of 16.
