We were only there overnight. The room Was clean and fine. It was right in the city so very convenient to walk to Bourke street for a pub dinner. Staff were helpful when needed.

Only complaint was the noise from the hallway all night long, doors are not very quiet and people were coming and going into the late night.

Overall pretty happy although we were dissapointed that their was no face washers in the apartment and also the positioning of the tv made it difficult to watch, a hinged wall mount would have been much better.

The rooms were nice and clean, had to ask for more coffee/tea. The room was on La Trobe St. which was too noisy with the trams. Windows need double glazing. Clock radio would be hand to have. A blanket would help for comfort.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the room met my requirements perfectly. The bed was comfortable, there was a heatpump and TV, a small table, a kitchenette with a microwave/fridge/kettle, and the bathroom was fine too. It was also well located and within walking distance of everything I wanted to do, and there was a tram stop right in front too.

Comfortable. Met our needs for this trip. Neighbour noisy in the mornings on balcony - smokers cough. Liked being able to have the window open - would have been quite stuffy if closed.

Disappointed over several stays that kitchen equipment has been allowed to deteriorate. We like the self catering but felt this time very little was available to do this. Unfortunate no Harbor views anymore but realise beyond your control!!
