Hi Claire, thanks for your feedback. Apologies that batteries were not replaced immediately on smoke alarm and that toaster was broken. Both of these items have now been rectified. The freezer has also been given a deep clean. Unfortunately I am unable to provide hotel levels of assistance and do not advertise as hotel style accommodation but fully self contained. The concierge is responsible for building issues only. As we had discussed previously, I had not indicated in any of my direct commuincations with you that additional parking was available and actually stated in the
apartment instructions sent to you as part of my direct confirmation with you that we could not provide any additional parking onsite. This message was also not in any published area of our website. The message that you received about additional parking was only received by you after your booking was confirmed with me and was sent by 3rd party agent that had not updated template messages. This has also now been rectified.
The
apartment instructions I provide are designed to be comprehensive so as guests can get the best experience in the
apartment and their is no room for doubt on anything requiring instructions in the
apartment. Due to your feedback we now provide a dishwasher tablet, a new chux and some detergent at the start of stay. As stated in our terms all other consumables are still the responsibility of the renter. Thanks again for your feedback and helping to allow us to make the experience of a stay with us even more positive for other guests. I hope you will choose to stay with us again in future to see actions reflected against your feedback.
