After seeing many negative reviews we were concerned about our choice, but on an early morning arrival and fantastic greeting from night staff member and entry to our apartment we felt at ease. The apartment was clean, very roomy, and everything we could have needed was available. The location was perfect for us and our requirements during our stay. We have already recommended it to others.

Very happy- we had trouble with dryer and they replaced it straight away- got us in earlier than 2 for check in which we really appreciated as my friend is elderly - perhaps they could do a few more deals during this slow period of time- air fares were reduced but not the rates for staying in Melbourne- better to have it filled at lower rate than empty. We would book again as we always need our own bedrooms- 2 single females. All in all very good and we were happy. Thank you. Leanne Sharp

Helpful staff when we needed directions as well as storing our luggage! We were in a self contained unit so we didn't need to have the apartment serviced. Cleaning staff came and offered to clean and gave us fresh towels! Very comfortable set up, not that we spent much time in the room :-) overall a very pleasant experience thank you

Initially, I was unimpressed as the air-conditioning didn't work and both phones in the room were flat, one of which didn't work at all. It took two requests for the air conditioning to be fixed but after that was sorted I had no more issues and we enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant first time stay, location was excellent and apartment was in great condition. Loved the sense of security with using the swipe cards through each door. Staff were also very helpful.

As a base to explore Melbourne and attend the various sporting events in January the Paramount apartments were just right. great location, helpful staff, all necessary amenities including the tennis court on the roof, pool and gym, comfy beds and plenty of space in the room for growing teenagers and a great pub next door. What more could you want?

We have stayed at the Paramount apartments 6 times now when we attend the tennis.The location is excellent and you can walk to everything. The upgrade of the gym was a welcome sight this stay.
