Very good, beds are hard but normal for motel use.

Handy location. Clean and friendly. Furniture not very comfortable but serviceable. In need of an expert paint job and most doors were very squeaky. Lots of cupboard space. Shower excellent. We are happy to return some time.

Excellent place to say close to the city, good rooms and facilities, convenient parking. Liked being on the ground floor with easy access to the car to unpack and pack.

Found our room very comfortable only a bit of noise from passers by walking down University Street disturbed us (obviously not your fault)

Overall very good, good location, easy to access, only down side was the noisy people accessing the carparking areas at the back of the units in the early hours of the morning & the even noiser rubbish truck operators.

Unable to book in at 11am on the Fri. after requesting 10am And asked to vacate at 10am on the Sat. Suggestion: user pays to stay longer. Both days were dissappointing. Will probably look for our requirements next time.

Convenient and comfortable.

A small hiccup with booking on line which we will never do again (will phone direct next time) but overall an enjoyable stay which we have experienced before. Love the area....

We really didn't place any demands on the staff, hence would prefer not to rate. Overall experience was fine. apartment was neat, well provisioned with meal facilities, and clean.

Most suitable for our needs - loved the proximity to city & access to public transport. Lygon St for meals was a superb experience. Having a self contained apartment gave us independence and space. On a note of maintenance - the wardrobe didn't run very easily & fly wire on window nearly fallen off in the smaller bedroom.

overall we were very happy with rooms and location. Will stay here again!
