The most disappointing part of the stay was the limited TV channels available because of the device used to provide pay movies. This device doesn't provide the correct aspect ratio for FTA (free to air) channels either making the picture either too big or too small for the LCD TV. The remote control is also hard to use because it just designed for the pay movie device not the TV. The FTA Channels I usually watch were not available thru this device and it can't be bypassed. The included Buffet breakfast is good but only scrambled eggs as egg choice everyday becomes tedious & boring. Fruit selection was very good. No WiFi in the room only wired Internet with only a 6 inch network lead made working at laptop difficult. Will remember to bring a longer lead myself next time! Your staff were very pleasant & friendly. The car parking within the building is excellent and access. Location close to Dandy Plaza is convenient. AIr conditiong worked very well. Ensuite was very good. Bed okay. Floor cold with no carpet, I need to bring slippers next time! Hopefully won't have a fire alarm & have to evacuate building next time at 7am!

I hadnt had a holiday in years, I came to Dandenong to buy (a cheap car) as Im a single mum. Had a fabulous time. Loved the fact the shuttle bus dropped me there straight from airport. Also thank you very much to the young man who helped take my very large suitcase and baby car seat up to my room (as I was struggling with a 16month old by myself) If I ever have to come to Dandenong I will stay there again. Thank You Staff were lovely :)

Exceptional service from staff, extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast included in price, brilliant value for money. Free internet. Fantastic gym. Great location opposite plaza. Good secure parking. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again.

Value for money. Internet access important. Location to Dandenong Plaza is ideal for incidental or more important purchases. Location is quiet and staff friendly and more than happy to assist.

WE were a group of 5 staying at Encore for its proximity to the workplaces we were visiting. Everything about our experience was very professional and of a high standard. MY only mild concern was that I needed to work at the work desk but there was no lamp and the room lighting was poor for my purpose; however the others I travelled with all said they had lamps on their desks, and I was just the unlucky one.

You need to get the Digital free to air channels. I have stayed in many times. in a lot of the rooms the TV will not turn off with the remote control.

We had some problems. The TV didn't work, the soap and shampoo containers in the shower were either empty or not working, one of the door cards didn't work, the kettle doesn't fit under the tap, the car park was dirty - bins would be helpful. On the first morning the eggs and bacon were cold and the coffee machine was empty.

Lovely staff welcoming my wife and I. Car park well lit, and looked safe. Great location for the hotel. Opposite the major shopping centre. Plenty of places to eat there. Not great food bu food nevertheless. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent value. Nice ambience. Where have you been all my life, Encore?!! One minor thing: I gashed my shin on the corner of the bed during the night going to the toilet. A sharp corner that needs attention. Every room would have the same problem I assume. Needs attention and I did alert the front desk next morning.
