Racquel and Anthony were super friendly and Racquel even told me where to go to get my very important morning coffee......Elk cafe ended up my place to be every morning, loved it!! The apartment had everything I could have wanted and had a view of the pool which was lovely. I was on my own and felt super comfortable and cozy :) All in all, I would definitely go back again, as it was great value for my budget! Thanks Racquel and Anthony, you have a great place for people to stay! May see you again in the future! :)

Nice apartment, clean & well set out. Bathroom a bit dated, mould behind shower screen, didn't like low towel rail next to toilet so used dryer door, otherwise very good. Good value for money in great location, definitely stay again, thank you.

Our holiday was just wonderful when we came to stay. Even though the place was apparently booked out, we definitely couldn't tell as it was quiet and we had the privacy we expected. It is just away from all the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise but still close enough to reach where we needed to within ten minutes. Very lovely apartments and we would definitely stay again!

I found the resort very satisfactory except for the air conditioning. I was not advised at any time the airconditioning was an extra cost. The fisrt night was extremely cold. I had to chase this up with the staff and pay the additional cost to have the airconditioning connected. I found this to be very dissappointing. The kitchen light did not work

Good Day Mate, It such a wonder full experience for ours (1st time to Gold Coast). It very convenience as it was located near to the main road. It accessible by any public transports. The ambiance of the area was very relaxing. Most of the time we walk to the beach (a cross the road), even to Surfers Paradise Main Beach. The weathers was just find, as we came on time of Summer. Schollies another experience for us. We really hope that we will come back again to Gold Coast soon. And for sure Santana will be our place to stay. Lastly I'm wishing Santana Holiday Resort Happy New Year and all the Best to all your Team. Thanks a lot guys and see you.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The shower was the only thing that was a little disappointing as it was not very hot and the water pressure was very low. Other then that it was a very enjoyable stay and would happily return next time I am in the Gold Coast.

Unfortunate timing of roadwork being done late into the night. on a few occasions. We do realise this is unavoidable.Great value for money and very handy location. This was our sixth time at this resort.Great new tv and new carpets.
