Perfect location for a stay in Merimbula. Close to shops Clubs and beach. View from unit 4 was excellent. The manager Keith is very relaxed and friendly making our stay very enjoyable.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to family circumstances that couldn't be available. Keith was very understanding and even though no cancellations are allowed last minute, he made an exception given the circumstances and his understanding was greatly appreciated. I will certainly be recommending The Palms to my friends. Keith was very hospitable even took our heavy suitcase up to our room which was lovely after a long trip and phone checked in on us on the way down from Sydney to make sure we were ok as we were later than expected. We will definitely be coming back and please pass on our thanks to Keith for his fantastic hospitality and understanding. Exceptional customer service which is a rare find these days.
