Turtle Beach Resort

Had a great time. Great resort with lots to do for the kids. Pools were great, especially the spas! Kids also loved the cinema. Great food too. We'll definitely come back next time we're at the Gold Coast. Thanks!

very pleasant stay with great facilities for the children and adults alike , and the onsite restaurants were great.

It was very good, I was a little worried about the number of children and that turned out to be unfounded, great atmosphere, shame I couldn't stay longer, It was just a little further away from the convention centre than I thought but will take that int account on my stay next year

Great kids had a wonderful day. Safe and secure and clean. Kitchen facilities could be improved is my only criticism.

Had a fab time, it is nice to be independent and come and go as we choose.

We had a good stay at the resort. It was very family friendly and had good amenities for children which is what we were looking for. Was a bit disappointed when I found a bug in my salad at the cafe. I reported this to the staff, I did receive an apology, however, should have received a discount off the meal which was not offered to me, nor another salad. Overall had a good experience and enjoyed staying at the resort.

I have spoken to our Food & Beverage manager and you certainly should have been offered another meal. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the resort and its many facitilies during your stay. exellent time kids loved it
