This was our second time at Turtle Beach, first time was under my partners name.
Happy with the resort except a few things listed in your suggestion page below.
We usually stay ay Paradise resort as it caters for the kids, but with the SPLASH zone now opened we may change resorts.
Lovely....from our warm welcome to our goodbye, we were very impressed and pleased we chose Turtle Beach. Only disappointment was the pool with the waterslide was closed for renos.

Overall our stay was very comfortable. I would however make a few suggestions:
1. The furnishings in our apartment were a little tired and need to be upgraded for the price paid per night
2. There is not enough space around the pool near the pizzeria - hard to do much about I guess but somehow needs to be addressed
3. The lounge chairs at the pool side are VERY uncomfortable - they need to have padding
4. Rainforest cafe also looking a bit tired in the decor department

My family had so much fun at this resort with the pools, putt putt golf and tennis. My son enjoyed the turtle club for kids and wanted another night there. Being close to the beach was also lovely.

This is our 3rd annual visit to Turtle Beach. I have only just realised you can request lower floor. We love that you do not need to leave the walls of the resort (except for cheescake shop) and the options of pools, added slide and trampoline were a hit with our 10-12yr old children. We are always looking for other options but so far we can't find anything to tempt us away from Turtle Beach.

Cheesecake!!! I must confess the staff here also visit the cheesecake shop on the occasion – very delicious. I am glad you like the latest additions to our resort; standby for some more next year… Thank you for your constructive comments regarding our maintenance department. We change all of the light bulbs each year and as it is such a massive job we actually hire a contractor to do this for us, so it can be very difficult to avoid our in house guests, but I do apologise for the interruption. Staff very cooperative generally good location as regards restaurants beach and other activities. Found the parking very good. Illness after our arrival limited our use of pools and gym which looked quite adequate and would have normally used. Would have liked the opportunity to have ticked married above rather than mature couple. Would consider returning using points from Accor vacation club

I'd say the way the resort was designed is awesome and well-planned. We had a relaxing stay especially due to the jacuzzi and sauna. We needed it after a tiring Green Challenge Adventure! Thank you for accommodating us well.

It was very good, I was a little worried about the number of children and that turned out to be unfounded, great atmosphere, shame I couldn't stay longer, It was just a little further away from the convention centre than I thought but will take that int account on my stay next year

We had a good stay at the resort. It was very family friendly and had good amenities for children which is what we were looking for. Was a bit disappointed when I found a bug in my salad at the cafe. I reported this to the staff, I did receive an apology, however, should have received a discount off the meal which was not offered to me, nor another salad. Overall had a good experience and enjoyed staying at the resort.
