Our Apartments are True Apartments with up to Six Separate Rooms in each Apartment, not just one or two rooms that share an open plan space. Some Hotels try to pass Open Plan Hotel Rooms off as Apartments. All of our Apartments have a Full Kitchen (oven, hotplates, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher + Lots More...) and a Full Laundry (with washing machine, clothes dryer and soaking tubs + Lots More...) located in the Apartment.

We offer One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Fully Self Contained Luxury Apartments that have recently been completely refitted and appointed with every modern convenience that one would expect from a High End Property.

While we have recently completed a full internal refit of the building, all of the furniture, appliances, fixtures, fittings, Bedding, Linen and Curtains etc. have been replaced with new. However, we have worked closely with the Heritage Listing Authorities to maintain the buildings true 19th century Heritage style, feel and character.

We only use the best of quality here at the Bath Street Apartments of Battery Point, and we have many extra appointments that you do not always see elsewhere, including the finest Sheridan Linen and Bedding etc. We take great pride with how the Apartments are presented and outfitted and we believe that you will not be disappointed. We have attempted to provide you with absolutely everything that you could need; we guarantee that you will want for nothing while staying at our Property.

All of our Apartments are Very Large with the Two-Bedroom Apartments having Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bath Room, Laundry and Private Queenslander Style Veranda up Stairs with an Enormous Lounge Room and Dinning Room down Stairs.

The Lounge Room has seating for eight on two very comfortable Sofas and two beautiful wraparound Leather Lounge Chairs. In addition, there is a Stunning Timber Dinning Room Table, made from Solid Oak that has place settings for eight people.

The Building is a heritage listed property built in 1894 and is centrally located in Historic Battery Point, boasting spectacular water & mountain views. We are just meters from the regal Derwent River, while Yacht’s & the occasional Cruise Ship can be seen as you relax on your own private veranda.

It’s just a 10 minute walk to Constitution Dock, Elizabeth Street Pier, Wrest Point Casino, Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, Salamanca Markets, street cafe's, restaurants & the city centre itself. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the surrounding atmosphere that is unique to Battery Point. Being located in a somewhat secluded location, there is little street traffic with little or no noise being generated at all.

All Apartments feature a full kitchen with all new appliances, oven & hotplates, fat free grille, refrigerator, microwave, cappuccino machine, dishwasher & crockery, cutlery & utensils. The lounge room has an extensive range of electronic home entertainment equipment including a big screen TV, free digital Foxtel/Austar, DVD/Video, Stero, digital set top box and wireless broadband connection. We also offer Free local telephone calls from every Apartment.

Room heating is installed throughout, with the Two-Bedroom Apartments featuring under floor heating installed in the Bedrooms, Hallway and Kitchen. The bathroom has a large Spa Bath, separate shower cubicle, ceiling mounted heat lamp/fan & hair dryer. Each apartment is equipped with an internal private laundry facility with washing machine, clothes dryer, soaking tub, iron & ironing board etc.

Rates are for 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 10. Extra Children $15 /Night/Child Under 12 Years Old. Extra Adults $30 /Night/Person. Bedding configuration is a Queen Size Bed in Each of the 2 Bedrooms, 2 Sofa Beds and 2 Single Roll-A-Way Beds.

Getting There : It's just a 15 minute drive from the Airport and should cost no more than $30 in a taxi. There is an 'airport bus' that runs all day for every flight into & out of Hobart. The bus will cost about $9/person and will drop you off about 50 meters from our property.

If driving yourself, follow the signs to the City and Casino. From Davey Street, turn left into Sandy Bay Road, then left in to St Georges Terrace and then right in to Bath Street.

Hobart, Australia's second oldest capital city, nestles between Mt Wellington and the Derwent Estuary on one of the world’s great deepwater ports around Sullivans Cove. Hobart is the destination for one of the famous blue water classic, the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race.
