	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1000hrs Reception Hours : Reception hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM on Monday to Saturday(8 AM to 8 PM on Sunday). Staff are on call after hours, with contact details at the front of the hotel. It is the guest's responsibility to update the hotel on their arrival time.
	Car Parking : Located on Franklin Street between Queen and Elizabeth Streets, Nova StarGate is easily accessible by car with secure under cover car parking available on site at a cost of $20.00 per day, unlimited entries and exits. Limited spaces so please advise if you require car parking.
	Getting There :Melbourne Airport is approximately 22km from the city of Melbourne. Skybus Airport Shuttle runs from the airport to Southern Cross Station, with a shuttle service available to the hotel. Melbourne Central Railway Station is located a 400m walk from the hotel. This is also the closest point to catch the free City Circle Tram.

Things to Do

Nova StarGate is within walking distance of the Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central Shopping Centre & Railway Station, QV Centre. Other sporting, recreation, business and cultural attractions are just a short tram or taxi ride away. The free City Circle tram runs along nearby La Trobe Street and fetches passengers to most city tourist attractions, Etihad Dome and the Docklands.

1. How far is Nova StarGate Apartment Hotel from the Melbourne airport?

Nova StarGate Apartment Hotel is located at the fringe of the Central Business District of Melbourne city which is a 30 minute drive from Melbourne's airport at Tullamarine. It costs about AUD$50 per way for taxi service to get to the airport. Otherwise, you can use the Skybus airport service which is AUD$18 per person per way. From the airport, Skybus will drop you at Nova Stargate door step. For your return way to the airport, we can also organise the Skybus or Taxi or tours for you as requested.

2. What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.

3. What if I arrive earlier than the standard check in time?

Early check in is possible provided the rooms are cleaned and ready. However, they cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive early and your apartment is not ready, you may store your bags in our luggage room at our reception.

4. Does the hotel have car parking?

Nova StarGate Apartment Hotel has two-levels undercover security parking at $20.00 per night.

5. Are you close to transport?

We are 2 minutes walking distance to shops and transport. Also the taxi service at the Reception is also available. Melbourne The tram is just 2 minutes away. The hotel is also 300 metres from the free City Circle Tram which will fetch you to most tourist attractions around the City.

6. Does your serviced apartment have Internet Access for guests?

Internet access is via the WiFi (Charges Apply).

7. Are you close to any Shopping Centre or Railway Station?

Yes, the hotel is only 300 metres away from Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and Railway Station. It is also close to the QV Centre, and the Elizabeth Street shopping strip.

We are situated close to Flagstaff Garden (5 minutes walk), The hotel is behind the Queen Victoria Market, and is 15 minutes walk from the Telstra Dome in the Docklands. The free City Circle Tram will take you to the Museum, Melbourne Goal, IMAX, and Federation Square.

9. Are you close any tertiary institutions?

Nova StarGate Apartment Hotel is 10 minutes walk away from the RMIT University and 15 minutes walk from Melbourne University. It is also close to various private business and language colleges.

The Aldi and Coles supermarkets are within walking distance. There is also IGA and Seven Eleven stores, and bottle shops around the corner. The Queen Victoria is a great place to visit and buy produce and goods and is open on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

12. Are there outdoor facilites?

Guests can enjoy a picnic in the nearby Flagstaff Garden or go for a walk or jog.

Nova StarGate Apartment Hotel has 58 serviced apartments comprising standard, one-bedroom, standard two-bedroom, and superior two-bedroom serviced apartments. All apartments have a balcony each. The standard apartment offering a double/queen has a microwave only whereas each one-bedroom apartment offering a double/queen or twin beds is equipped with a two-hot plate cook top. The standard two-bedroom has a queen and a single bed whereas the superior two-bed room apartment has a queen and two single beds and both types of apartments have a full kitchen and is self-contained. Tea, coffee and milk are provided free of charge.

My family all choose to stay here. It’s so close to everything in the city including trains and teams. The main reason we love it is the staff are so nice. Very friendly and professional.
