Strictly no parties, or loud music, quiet time after 10:00PM as Nero is a residential building. No smoking in the apartments or common area is allowed. Pets are not allowed. (Please note that some residents at Nero Newstead may have pets, but strictly no pets are allowed for short-term/casual rentals.)

Are children allowed to stay? |
Whilst babies/toddlers and children are welcome, please note that the apartments are not suitable for infants (under 2 years) as there is no baby furniture is available in the apartment, nor is there any safety features for babies/toddlers (eg no cupboard locks, etc). Adult supervision of children is required at all times. Any children staying in the apartment is strictly at your own risk.
