"Very pleasant stay at the W.I.H. Was happy to receive surprise room upgrade on arrival. Thanks again! Room was impeccable, and very comfortable. The only negatives were a few things missing in the breakfast (which were quickly rectified) and the croissant was rock hard & almost completely burnt. Reception staff happily removed it from the invoice though. The other thing to mention is that I would have thought that the Premium King room might have a higher quality instant coffee than Nescafe Blend 43 also, to differentiate the room, particularly in a coffee conscious city like Melbourne. All in all, very pleasant stay, with happy & quick service and we would definitely stay there again." Robert from Melbourne
