Love staying here, the accommodation is in a perfect location, the views of the ocean are great and within walking distance to Surfer Paradise, Restaurants and shops. Also ery quiet which I think is important. Will definately stay again. My children have also stayed here and they loved it.

Amazing stay! the apartment was clean and comfortable - exceeded my expectations. the location was great! 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to cavil avenue and 25 minute walk to pacific fair. all the cooking appliances we needed were there, as well as a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. the power shut off one night while i was cooking and within 5 minutes someone was in our apartment fixing it. very helpful staff. thank you!

Apartments clean. Beautiful view from lounge/dining of the ocean. Pool cold does not get much sun due to surrounding apartments, is not heated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay would recommend to friends.

Good location handy to everything if you have a car with good access to main roads and great off street parking under appartment building. Everything on site for a comfortable stay. Kids loved the pool and surf club just across the road for easy meal anytime. Walking distance to supermarket and cafés -great spot just far enough away from shopping area for abit more peace yet only ten mins walk. Beach 1 min away for a swim or walk.

AMAZING!!!! I came with my sister and cousin and we could not fault one single thing about the apartment. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Stunning view of the beach and we were lucky enough to get a top level which made the stay all that more enjoyable. The couches were super comfy and the overall feel of the place was just relaxing. Will definitely be coming back!!!!

This is the second time mum and dad have stayed and have absolutely loved it. The views (11th flr) were fabulous, being close enough to me (their daughter living in Surfers) yet a few more streets back from all the nightlife and noise was perfect. They are in their mid 70's so comfort was paramount and they said the bed was fantastic. They said everything was just perfect and will continue to book with Baronnet every time. Once again thank you for making my parents holiday so wonderful. Annelie

All 4 of us really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The views were amazing, waking up to the sun each morning made it even better. The building was undergoing a repaint and not once did we feel inconvienced. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to have value for money accommodation in Surfers Paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baronnet Apartments and appreciate being given a spacious unit with balcony overlooking the ocean ... .and stunning view of sunrise too! The room that we stayed was clean and complete with all the necessities. The security of this apartments was really good as you need a security tag to unlock the main door at the front as well as the lift to go up. Judy, the apartment manager and staff Leonie were very nice and helpful with our queries and helping us with the booking of shuttle bus. The location of this apartment is perfect as the beach is just across the road and it's only about 5 mins walk to Cavill Mall, away from the noisy party crowd in town and yet a walking distance to everything.. We are very happy with our choice of this apartment and would definitely stay here again when we're back the next time..

Spacious and airy apartment. Great views of the beach from a well-appointed corner unit. Very central location, just a short walk to Cavill Mall. A very secure underground parking area. We liked the garbage chute so we did not have to take garbage downstairs to bin.

Thankyou to the wonderful staff at the Baronnet for making our family holiday one to remember. The room was perfect for our family of 5 and exactly as described - large, comfortable and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and views to die for!! The location is perfect - an easy 10 minute stroll to the heart of Surfers and a patrolled beach across the road. We really enjoyed the tropical pool and gardens, bbq area and even had a game of tennis. Staff happily answered any questions we had, booked tours for us and arranged hire of tennis and beach equipment. We found the rates for accommodation and hiring equipment very reasonable and will definately be back!

Only issue we had Internet dropping out or not work at all. The children loved it. The views were Great. i liked having the washing machine & dryer in the room cos we didn't have to look for laundry mat. everything was good great job

Great apartment, with wonderful location and perfect views. My only tiny criticism, is that the pool wasn't heated as even in the heat, it was still a little too cold to get in. Other than that, had a great stay and no complaints.

We are delighted by the unblocked ocean view and the newly renovated toilet facilites. We are most particular about new and fresh toilet facilities. The place is bright and fresh with new curtains too. It does not look old and dowdy. This was a surprise because some old apartments tend to have overused facilities. I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and relatives. Hopefully the standards are kept up.
