Great. Easy to access, shops nearby, with more shops slightly further away. Slight downside is that it is a bus trip from Parra Station, and you really can't walk it. Everything you would expect in terms of facilities, clean and tidy. I come once for work, and immediately arranged to book my next 3 work trips there. Bill and his team have been a pleasure to deal with, always answer the phone to arrange check in etc, follow through with what they tell you on the phone. I haven't had a drama now after 2 visits.

Beautiful apartment in great location. Easy access to shops, restaurants and sporting facilities. Felt very safe and secure in quiet complex. Highly recommend for anyone needing a home away from home whilst in Sydney. Owners are really nice and welcoming. Will definately stay again with my family

I was so glad I had chosen Caulta Apartments for our family holiday to Sydney. It was very clean and spacious and suited our family really well. There was a lock up garage and great building security so we felt safe at all times. Apart from a cot and highchair it had everything we needed in terms of cooking, bedding and laundry facilities. William did provide us with the details of a company to hire cot and highchair from, however we brought out own Ikea highchair and portacot from home. There was hardly any noise from outside or other apartments in the building which meant I had no problems getting my little ones to sleep. The extra bathroom/toilet and large balconies were bonuses!! I will definitely choose Caulta Apartments again for my next stay in Sydney and will highly recommend it to others! Thank-you!

Very positive. Spacious unit, clear instructions and response to email questions. Love all the kitchen equipment and "extras" (e.g. cushions, throw rugs) that make it very "home-like".

The layout of the two bedroom apartment with separate bathrooms made our stay very comfortable and the airconditioning in late summer was a godsend. Bus stops a short walk down the road provide easy access to Sydney's excellent public transport system.

We travel a lot around Australia for work and due to the fact that one of our client is in Northmead, we staid a lot of times in Paramatta. We have therefore experienced different accommodation in the are. This was the first time we found a good balance with value for money.

Staying Caulta apartment was wonderful and good experience. The apartment was clean and tidy, and good location. Except the small room was no air-conditioner and no hair dryer.

We were visiting Westmead Hospital at Paramatta and the location of the apartments was ideal for our commute. The kitchen was well stocked and the three bedroom apartment was very spacious and highly recommend it for families with children.

We were very happy with the accomodations and found the staff very helpful. The 3rd bedroom had a patio door facing the road which made it somewhat noisy and a little concerning security wise. the rest of the apartment was great.

Fantastic accomodation! Very clean, spacious and comfortable! William was great to deal with on the booking side of things. Next year when we are back in Sydney for our comp, I will most definately be booking with Caulta. Very impressed and highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere not to central but still conveniently located.

We have stayed here on previous stays in Sydney. If you are looking for a nice quiet, clean place, with plenty of room, I would recomend Caulta Apartments every time. It is private, not overlooked & quiet neighbours, & underground car parking. I would recomend Caulta Apartments to our family & friends who need to stay in Sydney for whatever reason. As always, the apartment is clean & comfortable. Just home away from home. Close to Westmead Children's Hospital. Every thing is just great. We always come back to Caulta Apartments whenever our daughter has surgery or extended appointments at Westmead. Cheers Sandra Makila.
