Good experience. One of the rooms was not ready when we checked in early in the day, but staff let us check into the one room that was available so that we could put things away so that we could get on with our business within Cairns. I stay here whenever I can during my stays in Cairns. The best feature is the showers - they are high flow and able to be easily temperature controlled, just what I like after a hot day working in the Cairns humidity!!! David from Melbourne, Australia 20 September 2012
