Overall we loved our stay. Beautiful views, great location (The hill nearly killed me i swear!) Only negative is that the bed was not made when we arrived... it was 'half made' - sheets were clean etc. but was not properly made in that he sheets were a bit messed up

Close to the venue,clean and excellent view !but those stairs were a bugger after the racing ! Way too many !! Shame we could'nt stay longer to have a look around so we could see what Airlie has to offer. Will have to do that.

Excellent, Staff and Cleaning Staff! Have come back to here 4 times now,after staying at other resorts in the same area, and still come back where we are happy and always enjoy our stay! Great repore with Kate and Tony, and were only too happy to make our stay even better! our Unit has spectacular views, and will definity be back to Unit 35 again!

Our second stay here, love the location mostly as it is a short stroll to the main street of airlie, not too far up the hill that it will kill you to walk home. The units are comfy and clean, with all that you need to provide for yourself for a few days, and the view from the living room of our unit this time around was nothing short of spectacular!

Unit 28 is wonderful! Highly recommended. However, the presence of a public bar near the guest pool isn't always family friendly. Otherwise, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the resort. Thank you, Kate and Tony.

My expectation of Whitsunday resort weren't very high, due to other reviews i had read.. but i was very pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious, clean and had an amazing view looking out onto the ocean! Located right in the heart of Airlie, older travelers may struggle with walking up the huge hill though lol! Rooms are a little dated, but all in all very good value for money and would def stay again!

We arrived at the Terraces for an anniversary weekend. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The room was spacious and excellent value for money. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The only downside to the accommodation was that we stayed in Florins, which is located right at the top of the hill. My calf muscles are still sore from walking to and from the apartment each day. If you are planning on staying at the Terraces, I would suggest that you ask for a room close to reception. Other than that, the location is incredible. The Terraces even has a bar and live entertainment on Saturdays and Sundays which we really loved. It was a great stay, and we would definitely be back again!

I stayed here about 10 years ago and although it could do with a lick of paint and a bit of a facelift the views and value for money more than make up for it. Parking still an issue but you'd need to knock the whole place down to fix it..

Honestly for the price it was absolutely perfect! Much better than we expected considering the price and reviews. We were lucky enough to get a nicely refurbished property in excellent condition with superb views and the location was just fantastic! Wasn't noisy yet a quick stroll down the hill into the main part of Airlie township. Staff were also super pleasant. Our friends stayed in another studio which was also good, not in quite as perfect nick as ours, but they were very happy and considered it excellent value for money.

This is our second time at the Terraces and will be back. Great rooms amazing views. The hill will give your legs a work out, but the views are worth it. Tucked in behind town so everything is close and the staff and more than accommodating

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location and the view from our room were amazing and the reception staff was very friendly. The apartment itself was a little outdated but we didn't worry about this. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the room. I found a cockroach under my pillow and the bathroom didn't seem very clean: there was an old old soap and a plastic lid of some sort on the window sill of the shower. Also the sink in the bathroom appeared stained and not cleaned properly. Other than that, we we liked the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was close to the pool which was handy. Loved the ambiance of the bar/pool area. The receptionist (with brown hair, apologies for not knowing her name) who checked us in on 10 Jan and also assisted us with island trip enquires was extremely helpful and friendly.
