	Getting There :By Car/Taxi from Melbourne International Airport - Take City Link over the Bolte Bridge,exit at Kings Way,continue towards the city. Kings Way becomes Queens Road. Turn right where sign indicates "To Barkly Street". Follow street across Fiztroy St into Alma Road. Take the next right hand turn in Barkly Street. Barkly Apartments is located on your left, approximately 1 km south (opp. Coles Supermarket). By Skybus from airport to Southern Cross station follow by tram 96, disembark at the last stop on the corner of Acland Street & Barkly St. Walk left. Barkly Apartments is 10m on your right. By Tram - take the Number 16 from Swanston St or the 96 from Bourke St, disembark at the last stop on the corner of Acland Street & Barkly St. Walk left. Barkly Apartments is 10m on your right.

1. How far is Barkly Apartments from Melbourne Airport?

Use the Skybus service from the airport to south cross, then take Tram 96 , disembark at the last stop on the corner of Acland Street & Barkly St. Walk left. Barkly Apartments is 10m on your right. 2. What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.

3. What if I arrival earlier than the standard check in time?

If you arrive at Barkly Apartments before check in time, requests for early check in can be made. However, they cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive early and your apartment is not ready, you may store your bags at our reception storage.

4. Does your serviced apartments have internet access for guests?

Yes. We have high speed FREE wireless internet in every apartment.

5. Are you close to transport?

The tram 96 and 16 just 2 minutes walk way.

6. If I want to cook in the apartment, where is the nearest supermarket I can shop?

The Coles Supermarket is just across the road.

7. What if I arrive when reception is closed?

After hours arrivals please use the phone number on the Reception door to the operator for check in. The operator will provide you with a code to access the locked key box. Please retrieve the envelope with your name and enclosed will be your room number, key and check in information. Close the door to the box securely.

8. Does the apartment have car parking?

Yes we have secured parking for stay guests free of charge.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
The person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
We require photo ID when check in.
3% surcharge apply to American Express card and Diners Club card

Deposit Policy

The first night accommodation of your booking will be charged on your nominate credit card at the time when you making the booking. Balance is require on arrival.

(For the period of Australian Tennis Open, Grand Prix, Ironman Asia-Pacific Championship, Christmas /New year Eve and Melbourne Cup, Australian Football Grand Final total cost of booking will be charged on your nominate credit card at the time when you making the booking and will non-refundable.)

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is that we require a 48 hours notice prior to the arrival date stated on your reservation form, amount of $20.00 will be charge as administration fee. Should the reservation be cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, there will be no refund of the first night accommodation charge of the booking that you made. (For the period of Australian Tennis Open,Grand Prix, Ironman Asia-Pacific championship, Christmas /New year Eve and Melbourne Cup, Australian Football Grand Final all payments on the reservation will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation of booking)
All cancellation must make and received online.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made online and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge one nights room charge for each of the rooms booked plus an administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Children require bed is considered as an adult.
Child under 3 is free. A cot can be supplied $10 per night
