	Check In : 12 Check Out : 10am Reception Hours : Monday - Friday - 8am - 6pm Sat/Sun/PHol - 9am - 1pm
	Car Parking : Off street at the rear of the property, at no charge. 1 vehicle per apartment. Some under cover parking is available. Parking is not able to be reserved.
	Getting There :Car: Take the Bulla Rd exit from the Freeway (Calder/Citylink) and head towards the city. Essendon Apartments are approximately 1.7 km from the Freeway exit on the left. Tram: Take the number 59 tram. Get off at Stop 44 - Thorn Street and walk back 50m. Essendon Apartments are on the right. Train: Take the Craigieburn line, get off at Essendon Station. Walk along Rose St to Mt Alexander Rd, Essendon Apartments approx 500m on the right. Train: Take the Craigieburn Line and get off at Essendon Station. Head towards the DFO and Essendon Apartments are approximately 500m from the station on your right.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
IF THE CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED, THE BOOKING IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Please include as estimated time of arrival when booking. If arriving outside opening hours, please make contact to ensure access to your apartment. Photo ID and a valid credit card ( or a Bond ) is needed on check in.

Deposit Policy

The first nights tariff will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $30.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$30.00.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.

Other Policy

A 3.0% surcharge applies to American Express cards.

We had a delightful, no fuss stay here for two nights. While the building is of an older style, the interiors are clean, bright and roomy and very cosy. Nicely decorated and with most utensils and equipment for cooking and self-catering, it was a delight to return 'home' at the end of each day. The bed was just so comfortable, and our interactions with Anne and Donna, who were just so friendly and helpful, made our stay. The apartments are so convenient from Adelaide and the airport, with plenty of facilities and cafes nearby. An easy trip by tram to the city also, so we find it a great base to stop without having to head into the heavy traffic of Melbourne suburbs.Thank you so much for a great stay, we will look forward to our return again in a week or so.
