THE PALMS APARTMENTS is an inviting and clean small family complex, right in the center of town, which is within easy walking distance to all the Clubs, Restaurants, Shops, Park, lake and Beach. The ideal place for that family holiday, honeymoon, anniversary, romantic getaway or to just to kick back and relax.
THE PALMS provides wonderful accommodation consisting of six, two bedroom apartments. All our apartments have a swimming pool view with the 2nd floor also having magnificent water views of the lake, and over to the bar.

We also have a bbq area in the back yard where you can cook up a storm for either breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. The Weber Family Q gas barbecues do a great job. The youngsters will enjoy playing on the swings whilst their meals are being cooked.

	Car Parking : There is one undercover car park for each apartment. Additional Car & Boat trailer parking is also available when approved by the managers.
	Getting There :Merimbula is situated half way between Sydney & Melbourne and just 3 hours south of Canberra. Access to the town is by car, bus or plane, and when you come in to Merimbula all roads lead to Market Street, the main shopping area. Market street leads to Main Street and if you turn right into Main Street we are 500 metres down on the left hand side.

Merimbula and the South East Coast of New South Wales has something for everyone, including five major golf courses, bushwalking, fishing-beach, fishing-deep sea, fishing-estuary, fishing-game, scenic flights, scuba diving, sea-kayaking, surfing, swimming, snorkelling, diving, shopping, theme park, wind surfing, canoeing, aquarium, superb coast line and much, much more all within easy access. Come and experience many of these great natural wonders of our vast country. Merimbula itself is the ideal base to explore the Sapphire Coast, including coastal and mountainous National Parks, with our many and varied beaches and rivers. Local art and crafts, restaurants, clubs, wineries, dolphin and whale watching, sport, scuba diving, surfing, fishing, etc. Or you may prefer to just stroll in to town and visit our shops and boutiques, or just relax in one of our many restaurants. If you are feeling a little more energetic you may wish to embark on one of the many walks around town, hire a bicycle and cycle to Pambula Beach, or drive to one of the many National Parks in the area. There is something for everybody.

4. What time is check out?

Check out time is 9.30am. A leter check out can be arranged but depends on the circumstances of the day.

Booking Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking by visa or mastercard only.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

The number of people permitted to stay in an apartment is the number booked at the time. Any additional people are subject to management approval and additional fees are payable. Failure to comply will result in termination of your occupancy.

Deposit Policy

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card provided. If your deposit is not paid by the due date, the apartment will be re-let. The balance of your booking cost must be paid on day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you arrival date is in 28 days or more you will be refunded your deposit less a $50 administration fee. Any bookings that are cancelled under 28 days will forfeit their full deposit.
An administration charge of minimum AU $50.00 applies to all cancellations.
There are no refunds for early departures.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge you the full amount payable.

Child Policy

Child over 16 are considered to be an adult.

Other Policy

SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY (Candles/incense & naked flames are also prohibited in apartments). NO PETS ALLOWED.

It is a condition of occupancy that guests are liable for any damage, loss or theft from apartments or Body Corporate property. Apartments left dirty, damaged or in an unreasonable condition will result in additional charges being debited to your credit card. The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest or visitor together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
