21 rooms mix with standard, twin, executive and selfcontained apartment, mostly ground floor and u shape outlay with little courtyard in middle, good location for business travellers and holiday makers, walking distance to train station, shopping complex and restaurant, fastfood cafe, and close to all major sporting event location such as caulfield racecourse, sanddown racecourse, golf courses, ice skating rink and basketball stadium. We are pretty shonky operators & not very family orientated

Getting There : Princess Hwy from the City
Just Before Warrigal Road (were in the right side). If using Monash fwy exit at warrigal rd and then right turn in princes hwy. enter the service rd . by train pakenham/cranbourne (platform 6) then get off at Oakleigh station about 7 to 10 min walk to chadstone Motel via warrigal rd.
yes we have bus stop within 3 min walking distance it take you straight to train station or simply walk in Oakliegh train station ( 5-7 min walk)
How far are you from the CBD (Melbourne)
we are 20 min drive by car to the City Centre or 30 min by train
I dont have car, Is there any super market close by?
yes there is The Chadstone Shopping mall is about 5 min walk from us and there is over 200 shops inside
I'm from the country and very sensitive from the traffic noise I notice you are in the main hwy?
yes we are in the main hwy but our property is build in u shape outlay and in front building is the carpark, the office, dining room and conference, shop and the rooms are mostly in the back and away from the traffic noise
How far are you from Caulfield racecourse
we are about 7 min drive or 10 min by bus or train
