The room we stayed in was a bit small for three people. The sofa bed could have a thicker mattress.
Was only a ten minute walk to tram stop.

Stayed several times at your hotel and it's always been a good experience. Only negative is the car park, if you don't arrive by 2pm then there isn't any parking and it is the worst car park to park your car.

We got one of the available car parking spaces, a tight squeeze but very good. The room was fine, the bathroom much better than expected, very spacious. Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and milk, toaster etc all as described. Lovely fresh good quality sheets on the beds. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

A basic room but perfectly satisfactory for what we paid. The room was cleaned everyday and towels replaced if needed. A 5/10 minute walk to trams but that was not a problem. Pretty easy walk to Brunswick St and Lygon St and city centre. Loved that it was quiet at night even though it was in the city. Would recommend to anyone looking for cheap accommodation close to the city.

The Hotel was a bit further out of the city than I usually stay but it is close to the Victoria Market which was good. The staff very friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable which is a big plus for me.
