Excellent. It is very well managed complex. This is our third time staying at Oceania and we have always been impressed with the location and overall resort. Used the gym this time and the equipment is excellent

We had an excellent stay. Great location, well maintained gardens, friendly service. Thanks. Unfortunate that air conditioning in main bedroom was broken as it made it hotter in that room. Fan was supplied which made it a little better. As a result we stayed in the lounge room most of the time. These things happen.

We stayed with our children and elderly parents at Oceana for 7 nights. Everything about Oceana was perfect! The swimming pools,spa,BBQ area, the grounds, and of course the apartments themselves are just so beautiful and comfortable to stay in. All cooking utensils, glassware,etc were provided. We didn't want to leave as Oceana met all our expectations. Lettie was so friendly and helpful along with the other staff. And the close proximity to convenience stores, shopping plazas, etc. The beach was right across the road within a few footsteps! The view from our balcony was amazing and there was a nice outdoor setting for us to eat on the balcony. We would love to come back to Oceana as it is a fabulous place to stay! Thank you. our experience was wonderful. we arrived early and welcomed with checkin at 12.30pm. We were also given late checkout until 11am. Very much appreciated. Gorgeous view, very quiet, fabulous pool and clean BBQ area. A good range of appliances and crockery, lovely towels and very comfortable beds. Foxtel was a bonus for tired children at the end of a busy day.

I suppose the most telling comment I can give is that I have been spending the last two days presenting reasons to my wife about why we should buy an apartment at Oceana. Primarily, this facility is immaculately clean/check-in is very efficient and poor behaviour by patrons seems to be minimal because of the staff and management. It has wonderful views, is close to shopping and restaurants without the occasional lawlessness of Broadbeach. Building security is very good; gym and pool facilities are very good and well maintained as are the hours of use. Because of the small number of units on each floor, the external sound is minimal. The units are well designed and easy on the eye. The latter is because of the excellent window lighting.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the absolutely amazing beach views from all living and sleeping areas. Enjoyed lovely walks on the beach to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Highly recommend the wood fired pizzas from the Fish and Chip / Pizza shop across the road ,really yummy. Would definitely stay here again if on the Goldcoast

The family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Oceana. The view from our apartment was amazing and the in-house facilities met to the individual needs of the family. The apartment was elegantly-styled and the kitchen was adequately equipped, it felt like home away from home. And the apartment was conveniently located to the beach, malls, Surfer's Paradise and most importantly, to the local public transport system. We would definitely recommend Oceana to our friends and families as their choice of accommodation while in Gold Coast.

Fabulous apartment #87! Well equipped and very spacious. Loved having the morning sun one side & then sunsets from other side. The whole property is lovely and clean & well maintained. Also was great having the cafe & shops just across the road.

Fantastic apartment, great location and facilities. Would recommend and stay there again if returning to the Gold Coast. The only thing, if i had to complain about something is that the room was advertised to have a King bed, but was just two singles pushed together. Not a big deal, but shouldn't be adverstised as a King bed. This did not however distract from our terrific stay.

Extremely satisfying thank you. Lettie & Sandra were very helpful. The subpenthouse was immaculate & magnificent. For a venue for the family to get together to celebrate my 60th birthday. The location of course was very convenient. My own grandmother had her first Gold Coast house at First Avenue & my parents had a house on Amalfi drive isle of Capri so it was wonderful to revisit old childhood haunts. The layout was superb for our needs, particularly spacious & clean. Thank you - we hope to return some other time as it was very comfortable.

Great place to stay for the conference: enjoyed all the space, really well-equipped (valued the washer/drier, big tv with digital channels, fully equipped kitchen.) The decor was pretty dated but all was in great shape and we felt very comfortable.

Online booking process easy, although had to ring to correct the booking, which somehow became a 2 bedroom unit, when we had booked for a 1 bedroom unit. But that was quickly rectified, so no problem. Check-in process easy, staff member was pleasant. Unit itself was lovely, and as described on the website. Very comfortable, spacious, quiet, beautiful views. THE NEXT WORDING IS REALLY FOR THE NEXT SET OF COMMENTS ABOUT SUGGESTIONS FOR OCEANA (BUT AM PUTTING HERE DUE TO LACK OF SPACE): Generally very well equipped - our only complaints on that front are minor - the lack of bowls that can accommodate cereal, the small amount of dishwashing detergent supplied (which means having to try to find a small bottle at the supermarket). In the same vein, if we had chosen to use the dishwasher and used it more than once, we'd have had to buy a whole bunch of dishwasher tablets. Surely, at $250 a night, a small bottle of Morning Fresh and a half a dozen dishwasher tablets (or sachets of powder) wouldn't break the bank? As I said, these things are minor and would not change whether we booked at Oceana again or not. It's just about overall experience and welcome.

Location was great for us with a car and even without would be fine. The view was stunning and so nice to get an apartment on the 7th floor. A little cool to use the pool but this area looked great.
