Welcoming and informing gent that come to greet us upon our late arrival, lady was very understanding when we mentioned our bed was disappointing as it was "hard" and arranged a pillow topper to help our comfort for the remainder of our stay. Overall a very pleasant stay in an apartment that had a wow factor when I walked into the room. Pleased to see that what we paid for was what we received.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was perfect weather and the resort suits our requirements perfectly. Well positioned and in a quiet area, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are quite large and have excellent views of the ocean and beach, which is very important to us.

There is only one word that describes Oceana Apartments as exceptional we have no complaints at all everything was first class. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Must thank staff who allocated our unit (No41) which had a good view and balcony. The apartments are in an excellent position nice and quiet thats what we like. Tried on several occasions to book these apartments but was unlucky at the time.Also we were able to get into apartment when we arrived after a long journey before 2pm which we appreciated.

We had a marvellous stay and our apartment was equally so. It was neat and tidy and contained everything that we needed. However, a spare set of sheets and towels would have been helpful - especially with 2 children. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pools were superb and very well maintained. We really loved our holiday there and will more than likely book for this Christmas.

We had trouble on arrival with an incorrect room allocation which was really frustrating. My paperwork clearly stated what we had paid for and initially we were told that it was not possible. I had booked through Oceana's own website. This was eventually resolved respectfully. We have stayed twice before and really enjoyed our stays. Our arrival date,Dec 21, was significant for us - the first anniversary of our 21 year old son's death. We had deliberately chosen to come somewhere we knew and had been with Jackson in happier times. I wasn't expecting any kind of hitch. It is a very quiet building with beautiful grounds. The apartments are large and very comfortable. We loved the view. The proximity sensor location to car park entry makes it more difficult than it should be to enter- my arm just isn't long enough and as I am always driving a hire car I'm very cautious of the turning angle required to get close to the sensor.
