its really good experience to stay in Atrium resort close to all theme parks and major shopping centre. And just across the road your in beach. Well maintained the cleanliness and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We are thinking to go back and stay

Very nice, the roof top pool being closed when the website said it would be ready in late november was a little disappointing and the aircon unit location was poor, as to cool the entire apartment, it had to blow air that was too cold straight onto the lounges.

Comfortable and hassle free, in particular both check-in and check-out. Only negative, the rooftop pool cum spa was closed for upgrade throughout my stay, a disappointment for us as we had looked forward to it as part of choosing The Atrium.

We have stayed a number of times. It is a lovely family location. We have been impressed with the apartments given the reasonable price. We enjoy the roof pool and were a bit disappointed it was not available this time. We also enjoy The Atrium garden.

Unit was tidy, lounges are comfortable but old and a bit shabby. The room was opened up to air when we got there but as the unit is facing west the unit took hours and hours to cool down. The main room was like a sauna for the 3 nights!. Staff were friendly and nice. It would be nice to have salt and pepper, even if its sachets. I would not expect to have to buy this when on holidays. The spa did not turn off but I got help with managing how to open up the cover to turn it off. Thanks :) Also unless your manager turned it back on at the power point, the spa will still be turned off. We were to scared to use it again! The pool/spa was lovely as the sauna, unfortunately the roof top pool is still not finished even though it says it will be finished by end of November. That was one of the main reasons why we booked at The Atrium so whole family was disappointed. The roof top BBQ was great though.

Glen and I stayed at the resort in 1998 when we were getting to know each other and now that we are married we thought it would be fun to take our daughter to stay at the same place. the unit was very comfortable, central and well priced and a great place to kick back after full days spent at the theme parks and sight seeing. thank you again. it was a great experience and the staff was very helpful. The location is not perfect but good which is quite near harbor town. It's convenient to take buses to main beach and other attractions.

Very good. We hadn't been made aware that the rooftop pool wasn't open and headed up there the first evening (we arrived after reception closing time) only to find it barricaded off! It didn't spoil our enjoyment of The Atrium, as we liked the pool and spa downstairs, but it might have been helpful to have been advised of this. Although Lift 1 has a sign up about the renovations, Lift 2 does not.

We stayed in room 4D and would have liked to see blockout curtains in lounge area, it was too bright early in the mornings, and room got hot quickly. There was also a light directly outside the room over the window for second bedroom which made it difficult for kids to sleep as it lit up the room considerably at night. The works going on at the pool on top floor went well after dark on the saturday night which we thought was not very good as we could not enjoy the balcony due to noise and getting our 2 year old off to sleep was a challenge due to the noise of the grinder cutting tiles. Overall the facilities were great, our break was interrupted by the works going on on the pool, which during the day was fine, but after dark was not good.

We found the room very comfortable. Would have loved the curtains in the bedroom to be more of a block out blind. Don't think I would stay on the waterfront side again due to traffic noise even tho we loved the view. Couches were not very comfy. We loved it that it was basically a home away from home. This was the second time we have stayed here and would do so again. Also would have been better if foxtel was in the main room not the bedroom on the tiny tv. Room had everything we needed, it was very clean and tidy.

We had a very pleasant stay and Karl was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms did require some maintenance which we mentioned on checkout but did find the noise from renovations started very early at 0800 which was quite disruptive.

The carpet in apartment was not very clean, however the apartment itself was very clean. We went out Saturday night and when we returned at 10.30pm, there was no parks available, and we had to park quite some distance around the corner from the unit and carry the children from the car to the unit. This was disappointing. On the website, the 2 bedroom apartment we booked, said that there was 2 TV's in each unit, however our unit only had one.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at The Atrium. The best part at this resort is that you can play tennis, enjoy 2 swimming pools with accompanying spas, games room, gym and even a libray if you feel like resting with a good book. The beach is so close for that morning or afternoon stroll. What else could anyone wish for whilst on holidays!!! The apartments are always clean and the staff are always friendly. Just super. Thanks
