"I have stayed in many supposedly highly rated hotels in melbourne - Hilton, Mercure, etc - and would rather stay with you any day! From the first time i arrived and took in the charming facade of your building on the shady quiet street dotted with similarly historical dwellings i knew that i would love it. East Melbourne is the perfect location - easy to walk into city and so many gorgeous parks nearby. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay perfect including a very nice call from Gary prior to my arrival and then his very helpful explanation about the front door keys which i found a life saver. A great room with all the facilities that I wanted plus a very comfortable bed. A lovely breakfast in the stately dining room coupled with an adjacent lounge area complete with a library. What more could a person desire? I will certainly be staying with you again - in fact, thinking about booking flights and a room for April - and would hate to think that i could miss out as i really do not want to stay anywhere else now. I shall certainly be recommending you to my friends and work colleagues and have already been doing so. All in all, a wonderful holiday made all the better by my accommodation. Thank you!"
