Good location, however from the website we had the impression it was further around the point, looking directly down the coast. Reception - the compendium states it is open until 6, however it is not. Would be helpful to have the correct times included. DVD player - this does not work. Screens - all windows open, with no flyscreens or security from falls (we were on the 10th floor). Welcome pack - would be helpful to include a pack that has dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, soap, tissues, toilet paper, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and clothes washing detergent. Just enough to make the first day more relaxing. The overall feel of the place is fine, however the mish-mash of cupboards, lounges (cream one is very dirty) etc makes it look a little unloved and cheap. The compendium also includes a dinner delivery multi-page brochure, however the included number states it has been disconnected. The car space for 10E is very small. This would have been a huge issue if we had a large car. Perhaps you need to request car size when taking bookings. Floor of main bathroom shower is very slippery.

We had a lovely time and overall enjoyed the apartment and facilities. My only criticism would be the lack of decent curtains, particularly in the second bedroom, which allowed light in at 5am - which created a much too early start for our children!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the BBT. The unit was very well appointed with all that you need for your stay if you want to eat in and do the boring chores like washing etc. The view was fantastic and a definite plus for the stay; and the location was great for access to shops, restaurants etc. The kids loved the pool and tennis court. We found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating of our needs. We will definitely stay there next time we're on the coast and would recommend it to our friends.

We had such a perfect time. My only complaint would be that we couldn't stay longer. The apartment are in such a great position, I would say the most enviable on the Gold Coast. We were very comfortable with the security access to the complex. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean for our arrival. Best of all, the bed was an absolute dream. I would hope that all beds are as comfortable as the one we enjoyed in apartment 8C. Thank you for a short but very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed many times at the Burleigh Beach Towers, and in our opinion it is in the best location on the Gold Coast. It has magnificent views, and the little village of Burleigh offers great shopping and good casual dining. Access to motorways is great too.

Despite the 'power' issues which caused a bit of a hiccup at times during our holiday including some of our frozen food thawing, the electrical clocks not working properly, the fan in the main bedroom being faulty and not being able to play tennis at night - it was a great holiday and 14F was a fantastic unit!!! We'd love to stay there again ... just need to save the $$! Thanks

Beautiful Location, Gorgeous Views. Pleasant Manager. Felt very comfortable. The sink in the main bathroom/laundry was blocked all the time so left marks around the bowl and constantly needed to be cleaned. But other then that. Completely satisfied with my stay

This was the first time we had stayed at Burleigh Heads and the holiday apartments are very conveniently located for a fuss free stay on the Gold Coast. An easy walk to the beach, shopping, and a wonderful choice of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 10 minute drive from Gold Coast air port. We look forward to staying again soon.
