Baywatch apartments in the heart of Merimbula!
Located in the heart of the beautiful Sapphire Coast, Merimbula, Baywatch Apartments offers you a wonderful & relaxing holiday destination. The accommodation is only two minutes flat walk from a safe swimming main bay beach and the town centre with licensed clubs (200 meters), cafes and restaurants.

Each apartment has two bedrooms and private balcony. Relax and sip champagne as you take in the magnificent panorama of ocean and lake views, across to the town centre.
All apartments are identical in size. It is worth noting there are no rear apartments and all apartments directly face the "Main" Bay.

All Linen and towels are supplied for all guests booked at no extra charge!

There are 2 large bedrooms. The main has a queen bed and ensuite, whilst the second has 2 single beds. A Cot & H/ Chair is available upon request.
A king bed is available for the second bedroom at an extra charge of $20.00.

The bedrooms are at the rear of the complex ensuring there is no noise pollution. There is a large separate bathroom with spa bath/ shower, (chemically sanitized) additional toilet, vanity and private laundry with washing machine plus dryer.

The ground level is actually car parking space, meaning the first level of apartments are approximately 13 feet above the ground/ road level offering great water/ town views from "every" apartment, including the bay area, the entrance, the ocean, top lake and the town lights at night! Something only a handfull or less can offer. Because of the terrific design at Baywatch there are no stairs to enter the first level as you drive up a rise to the rear of the complex, ensuring safe & easy access for children or people who may have problems with stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern/ new appliances including a dishwasher, new fridge, microwave, cutlery, glasswear, cooking utensils etc.

The lounge & dining area is spacious and accommodates up to 4 guests. Every apartment is identical in size and offers reverse cycle air conditioning/ heating, new T.V's, D.V.D & Austar/ Foxtel and Hi-Fi system all inclusive.

Free WiFi is provided as well as phone where all locals calls are also free.

Baywatch is one of only a handful of apartments offering accommodation in the absolutely prime position of Merimbula with all apartments offering wonderful ocean and bay views from your private balcony, very close (250 metre) flat walking proximity to all shops, restaurants, R.S.L, Bowling club and the main bay area (50 metres)! Close enough to all attractions, but in a peaceful area.

There is a professionally cleaned/ sanitized solar heated pool, undercover B.B.Q. and grassed area with beautifully landscaped gardens away from the road where the children can safely play.

Baywatch is 150 metres to Spencer Park, The main park area in Merimbula, with a beautiful safe swimming bay beach with lovely white sand. The park is a great area for people/ families to relax, fish, picnic/ B.B.Q, play on the swings, walk & explore plus safe swimming area for all.

Because Baywatch has 6 large apartments our clientele tends to be more mature or nice couples/ families and thus lovely people to accommodate offering a peaceful stay for all! It also ensures there are only a total of 6 apartments who have access to the facilities. e.g. pool & B.B.Q. area.

Baywatch also has 7 underground car parks and 6 additional raised car parks at the rear of the premises if you have a boat, 2 couples or guests etc. You enter the apartments from the rear of the building where there is a lovely safe grassed area well away from any road for children to play. The balconies at the front of the complex offer a second or third storey view as we are built on top of a car park.

The occupancy rate at Baywatch is very high due to the position and quality of apartments.

	Check In : 1 PM Check Out : 10 AM Reception Hours : 8 AM to 6PM. Upon arrival you will find a speaker phone at the reception, simply pick up the phone & you will be immediately connected to the On site Managers Ken & Debbie Standen who will promptly greet you.
	Car Parking : Baywatch has a total of 13 car parks, 7 under cover and security lit and 6 additional off road car parks at the rear of the premises if you have a boat, 2 couples or guests etc.
	Getting There :Merimbula is situated half way between Sydney & Melbourne and just 3 hours south of Canberra. Access to the town is by car, bus or plane, and when you enter Merimbula all roads lead to Market Street, the main shopping area. Explore the magic of the Sapphire Coast as you stroll along endless white sandy beaches, climb rugged cliff faces, enjoy a swim in the pristine clear waters of the oceans, lakes and rivers, and bushwalk in natural wilderness of hills and majestic mountains. Yes, The back of the complex has a wonderful BBQ with a terrific grassed area for the children to play with parental supervision. There are child locks in second bedroom for peace of mind.

3. If your first level is second storey, how do mature people or people with babies handle the stairs?

The design of Baywatch is such that you can park under the building or drive to the elevated rear of the complex (bypassing 17 stairs) where you enter the lower apartments at ground level.

4. How far from the water are you?

Baywatch is approximately 60 metres from the water and 200 metres to the nearest bay beach at Spencer Park Here you will find BBQ, facilities play ground, safe swimming area snorkelling or just a lovely area in which to simply relax, sunbake or read a good book?

5. Are you close to most attractions/ facilities?

Baywatch is approxiamately a 180 metre flat walk to the RSL & 280 metres from the centre of town, bowling club, cafes, resturaunts, shops. Most gests do not use their cars after checking in, unless they wish to visit areas out of town.

6. Honey Mooners?

Baywatch is a short distance to all local churches and beautiful beaches for an outdoor wedding with stunning photos. With only 6 apartments all have a large corner spa solid brick walls to ensure limited noise and privacy.

8. Is the location/ Main Street noisy or hectic?

Main Street ia a T-intersection, located at the top of Market Street (Market Street is the town,s central street where the majority of shops can be found). If you turn left at this intersection you will head towards the supermarket and major roads. If you turn right, Baywatch is only approximately 200 metres on the left. Continuing past Baywatch leads to Short Point and Long Point peninsular which is therefore a low traffic area.

10. How far is Baywatch from the airport.

Baywatch is a short drive from the airport, if you advise us of your flight details we can arrange to pick you up on arrival.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure your booking.
A Person making the booking must be 18 years of age or over.
Please contact management to discuss flexible booking options.

Deposit Policy

A 30% deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

FREE Cancellation when a guest provides 30 days notice prior to the arrival date of their booking.
A Cancellation Fee of 30% will be charged if the guest does not provide 30 day's notice or is a no show.
No refunds for early departures.

If a guest fails to show without notice the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Great place to stay no real issues. The staff were very helpful and responded to issues quickly. My only concern was the on suite which I found to be a bit tight. We had a lovely stay - albeit too short! the location of the property for us was ideal with the ability to walk to town and out for dinner and drinks. the apartment was very neat and clean and very light and airy with our own balcony overlooking the pool.
