Please be advised you are more than welcome to store your luggage at Katz Apartment Reception during the following times: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday ,Sunday and Public holidays: 11am - 3pm
	Car Parking : Ozstays does not own any car park bays but is able to offer a car park ticket for Wilson Parking which caps the parking rate at $20/24hrs/entry. Exceeding the 24hrs will incur an addition $20/24hrs charge. This ticket is available on request and subject to availability, and must be collected from reception before parking. Wilson Parking is an independent business entity and all guests who park in Wilson Parking must abide by the terms and conditions as stated by them.
	Getting There :Starbus from airport directly to the apartments or Sky bus which drops passengers off at Spencer street station. Taxi: 30 - 40 mins from Melbourne International airport, and Sita Coaches from Spencer street takes about 1 hour to and from Avalon Airport. Train: 5 minutes from the Melbourne Central Station.

5 mins to Chinatown, right opposite the QV shopping percincts and only minutes away from David Jones and Myer, Bourke Street Mall and Melbourne Central Shopping Complex, it's the ideal place to stay for your next Melbourne shopping spree. Located across the road is the renowned QV shopping complex, featuring retail shops for clothing, shoes and accessories Furniture store Cafes, bakery shops International Food Court Supermarket and more!!

Katz Apartment is located in Melbourne CBD. It is on 160 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne 3000. Katz Apartment is close to the QV Building, State Library, Melbourne Central, China Town, and more.

2. What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. Early self check-in could be arranged if the room is available on your arrival. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

3. Do Katz Apartment provide any parking?

Customers are required to book the parking with Katz Apartment reservation team before their arrival, this is because we only have limited spots. Normal rate is $25/day. The parking is located opposite to Katz Apartment. It is called Wilson Parking.

4. Is Katz Apartment close to public transport?

Katz Apartment is situated between Russell Street and Exhibition Street. Katz Apartment is close to the tram stop. (E.g. Tram 72, 67 , 6 and etc). The nearest train station is Melbourne Central Station ( about 5 minutes walk). Taxi service is also available at Katz Apartment.

6. How far is Katz Apartment from melbourne airport?

Katz Apartment is located in Melbourne CBD, it takes about 20-30 minutes drive from Tullamarine (Melbourne International airport) to Katz Apartment. It costs about $45 one way for taxi service to the airport. Otherwise, you can use SkyBus service which is AUD $18 one way. From the airport, Sky Bus will drop you at Katz Apartment's doorstep. For your return, we can organise the SkyBus or Taxi at your request.

7. How deposit is required to secure the booking?

100% deposit is required in order to secure the booking.

8. What type of the bedroom does Katz provide?

Katz Apartment has studio, 1 bedroom standard, 2 bedroom standard and 2 bedroom superior apartment.

9. How far is the nearest supermarket?

It is only about 5 minutes walk from Katz Apartment to Safeway in QV building.

10. What is the minimun stay?

Minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights.

11. Is any shopping mall close by?

Katz Apartment is close to David Jones, Myer, burke street mall, Melbourne central, QV building and DFO on Spencer Street.

12. Can I pay by cash?

Should guest would like to book but without a credit card, a $200 security deposit is required. $200 will be refunded after the guest departure and inspection will be carried on.

13. Late Check Out Policy

Please be on time of checking out. Two hour late than required check out time will incur half day rate. Over two hours, one day rate will be applied. We provide storage area for luggage for customers in need

Booking Policy

100% deposit of total amount is required to secure the booking. For Deposit payment, we accept VISA, Master Card and American Express(Additional 3% surcharge when using AMEX - not included in total cost of booking shown). Should the customer be unable to make the payment via credit card, cash or EFTPOS can be accepted.

A $200 security deposit is required in case of any incidentals. This amount may be pre-authorized on the guests? credit card or paid in cash or EFTPOS. Payments in cash will be refunded to the guests? nominated credit card. Do note that cancellation of the pre-authorizations and refunds to credit cards will be done 1 day after check out. For guest who self check-in, a pre-authorization will be required before self check-in is organized.The $200.00 security deposit is refunded after the guest has departed and the inspection shows that the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition and with no damages.

For bookings less than 3 nights a 10% surcharge applies and 100% payment is taken.

Person makes the booking and check-in must 18 years old and above. Children check-in must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy

For customers who want to cancel their reservation after the booking has been confirmed, a cancellation request must be sent in the form of a written notice directly to enquiries@ozstaysapartment.com.au and also cancel their booking via the booking engine.

Any cancellations more than a week to the check-in date will incur a 1st night's charge.

Any cancellations 1 week or less to the check-in date will incur a 50% charge.

Any cancellations after check-in will not be refunded.

No refunds for No shows.

Any modifications to the bookings after a confirmation has been sent will incur an admin fee of $25.

The cancellation policy for long term stay (28 nights or more), customers must give at least 3 weeks written notice before the check-in date to ensure that deposit made can be refunded less first nights accommodation. A cancellation fee of 2 weeks accommodation charge will apply to those who cancel the reservation and give less than 3 weeks written notice prior to the check in date. If the length of stay is shortened (less than 28 nights), then the normally rate (which applies to the short term accommodation) will apply.

For specific bookings (e.g., group bookings), the terms and conditions may alter. Please contact reception for further information.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, the full invoiced amount will be charged.

Child Policy

Children 12 and above is considered an adult.

Other Policy

e) Lost keys and fobs will incur a $150 penalty/set and must be reported to Ozstays Pty Ltd immediately. Lost car park cards will incur a charge of $100.
F) Ozstays is not responsible for guests' belongings.
h) Ozstays reserves the right to enter the property to conduct an inspection or to perform maintenance work or to remove furniture or items from the room that are not advertised
i) Internet provided at Ozstays is a free service and is not liable for disruption/lack of the internet .
j) Do not leave garbage in the common areas other than the designated disposal area.
k) Do not throw any articles over the balcony.
l) Strictly no parties and no noise policy.
Any violation of these conditions will result in instant eviction and/ or a fine.
