Only real negative was the lifts not working on a couple of occasions. The view was wonderful, but our apartment was showing signs of ageing. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay and family Christmas at 19th Avenue. By error we made a booking on the internet and found our allocated apartment was not airconditioned. Staff were able to accommodate a room change which we greatly appreciated.

We had a very nice time however the main bed seemed very small especially as it was soft (so all tosses and turns were felt) + the molded bedside tables made it feel restricted for tall people. Other than the bed, we all had a lovely time.

We had a great break. The unit was well equipped and furnished. The grounds, pool area etc were very well maintained. Love that the beach is on your doorstep and you don't have to cross a road to get to it.

Fantastic break at 19th Avenue On The Beach. Resort has everything that you could possibly need, and has brilliant ocean views. Only 3 mins to Woolworths, and no roads or traffic to worry about to access the beach. Will definitely be staying again.

Everything was very good. Have stayed here several times previously and dont see any reason why I wont stay here again in the future. Staff are all pleasent and helpful. The rooms and buildings are always well maintained and very clean. The amenities and good and the recent refurbishments are almost complete. Look forward to the next visit.

A wonderful location with an amazing view. The most well designed units, a view of the beach from everyone. We watched the whales from the balcony each and every day. The pool upgrade is lovely.

Room was very clean, and well presented. Appreciated the room being available to us for early check in and late check out. Only issue being an extra bed was paid for and was not communicated from our booking form to the staff, therefore we didn't recieve it. Although once the staff was aware were very helpful, apologetic and refunded us for the extra bed. Overall great experience, great place ( particularly once the renovations are completed), and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
