I would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful the facilities were excellent and the views were exactly what we were hoping for.

It was a very good stay, very good facilities and very spacious room. The only suggestion I could make is the room we stayed in (6D) didnt have airconditioning. As we had a small child, we were unable to leave the doors open all the time. Otherwise, I couldnt fault the hotel

Thank you for your comments Kirsty. As the apartments are individually owned it is at the owners discretion to put air conditioning in. The building was not built with airconditioning and we do not advertise it as having airconditioning. I'm sorry you felt uncomfortable. The balcony doors lock off at 10cm to allow safety from little ones getting out and 'big ones' getting in. Whilst providing security it also allows for air circulation. We do hope that you will visit us again some time.

On the positive - the staff & service were excellent & the facilities of our apartment were wonderful (air-con, tvs in bedrooms, etc), the view of the beach was perfect, great proximity to the Gold Coast airport. On the negative - if you are using public transport, location is a bit too far out from the theme parks. On the plus being right on the beach and having 7 Eleven & McDonalds was great when travelling with young kids. The shower head in ensuite needed attention but was promptly dealt with by the staff to the best of their ability as they are limited by requiring approval from owners. We had a wonderful stay and only wished we had booked for longer.

Stayed for friends wedding held nearby. Traffic noise was the only major problem

Dear Les, I and my friends had so much fun staying at your resort. We loved the beach front best. If we ever go to the Gold Coast again, your resort would be our first choice to stay. Next time I would make sure I book early to get either Daniel's or Michael's room because their ones were much higher than mine, on 11th and 15th floor and facing the beach rather inland. 19th Ave has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. All the facilities were excellent. Les was very helpful when I thought we would be late checking in. WiFi prices are a bit steep but with smartphone not needed so much these days.

Great place for a family to visit. Loved being right on the beach without crossin gany roads. Loved having the sheltered pool so when it was a wet day we could still swim. Comfortable.

You should have had free to air channels as it is a requirement of all holiday complexes to provide them. We could have assisted had we known. Sorry for any inconvenience. We take on board your comments about the air-con but as the apartments are individually owned we can only pass on your comments and hope that the owners will see fit to install air-con units. We thought the location and views were fantastic. It was a very family friendly, relaxing place to holiday. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, so thank you. We liked the fact the place was lived in as well, it felt more homely than a a place that was perfect but with no character.

the only thing that I can think oif is that the single beds bedspreads didn't seem to be that clean. Everything else was fantastic.

Was a great place to have a break, we enjoyed it very much. The Management was excellent. We did find the lounge very itchy, placed a blanket on it and the shower had a big lag with the cold water cutting in, I would be very carfull with kids as the water is burning hot. Facilities were excellent, loved the pool. cheers

The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of four. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the pool and spa, great to be able to use it even in cold rainy weather.

Thank you for your comments. The sliding balcony doors are being looked at getting bolts which can be locked into position allowing the door to open a few inches.

We absolutely loved our first family getaway with our boys. Perfect location, close to shops, perfect views, just perfect overall. Definitely is our first option whenever we come to the coast. Have already recommended family and friends and will continue too.

This was my third stay and I believe the building and amenities are well presented. We were particularly impressed with the BBQ facilities which were spotlessly clean and ready fo our use and enjoyment.

We all loved staying at 19th Avenue and especially the pool as the weather for the beach was not so good and the children thoroughly enjoyed hours in the pool. The view were excellent.
