Have stayed there a number of times over the years. Again enjoyed our stay overall but was disappointed by note shoved under our door on the eve of our departure. We thought it was a bit rude and offputting.

We were late to check in and were advised with great instructions on how to access the keys to the room . Clean and comfortable accommodation, Would love to have had more time to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Will definately come back and recommend 19th Ave on the Beach Apartments.

This is the second time we have spent a weekend there and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is the ideal venue for the cooler months of the year. I love watching the aircraft turn towards the airport right in front of your balcony. The pool area is a very good facility and to still have the squash court is an added bonus.

Our apartment had beautiful outlook to the beach and position on level 6 had quick access via lifts. The indoor heated pool, spa & sauna was one of the reasons we chose to stay here, and made our stay complete. The rooms were comfortably furnished with homely feel, and kitchen was well-provided. Security of the apartment was perfect. Small initial accommodation problem was treated with understanding and efficient result was made.

It was exactly what we spected and more. The location is superb, just a few meters from the beach, the views are amazing and the beaches pristine and tranquile. The pool facilities were great, having an undercover heated pool is great considering that we got a couple of days with rain. We also loved the gym wich has an awesome rowing machine!. Overall we were looking for a place that was near the beach, tranquile, with great ocean views and this was it. If you want to experience a bit of atmosfere you can take an easy drive to Surfers Paradise at night which has great diversity of restaurants and ambience, but during the day..... give me Palm beach any day. I hate crowded beaches. 19th Avenue was the perfect spot for us and our two teenage kids.Les In reception was very helpful in sugesting places to visit and always had a smile on his face.

Les and Wendy are fantastic. They both helped with all my inquiries. Waking up to the sight of a beautiful ocean at sunrise was perfect. Staying in an apartment rather than hotel room felt more homely which is great with a young one. We requested a room with aircon which was fantastic and made it more comfortable with the humidity if u are not used to it. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing beachside holiday. Also recommend the Indonesian restaurant next door we ate in one night and did take to our room the next night, really yummy!!! Thankyou for a fabulous break that my family needed :)

We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked 4 suites for our extended family for a family holiday next year. Great location, wonderful "toys" (pools, spa's etc) and very friendly obliging staff - particularly Les. Quiet location right on the beach. Go for it - we did and are very pleased.

The pool atrium was fantastic, spa, plunge pool and sauna to die for - the beach was so close you could touch it. Buses were frequent and of good value staff were great
