We thought the location and views were fantastic. It was a very family friendly, relaxing place to holiday. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, so thank you. We liked the fact the place was lived in as well, it felt more homely than a a place that was perfect but with no character.

The facilities were well maintained and the staff were more than willing to help out where possible they were prompt to answer any questions. My family would happily go back for anoyher holiday any time we really enjoyed the overall atomsphere of 19th Avenue

the only thing that I can think oif is that the single beds bedspreads didn't seem to be that clean. Everything else was fantastic.

Was a great place to have a break, we enjoyed it very much. The Management was excellent.
We did find the lounge very itchy, placed a blanket on it and the shower had a big lag with the cold water cutting in, I would be very carfull with kids as the water is burning hot.
Facilities were excellent, loved the pool.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of four. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the pool and spa, great to be able to use it even in cold rainy weather.

We absolutely loved our first family getaway with our boys. Perfect location, close to shops, perfect views, just perfect overall. Definitely is our first option whenever we come to the coast. Have already recommended family and friends and will continue too.

This was my third stay and I believe the building and amenities are well presented. We were particularly impressed with the BBQ facilities which were spotlessly clean and ready fo our use and enjoyment.

We all loved staying at 19th Avenue and especially the pool as the weather for the beach was not so good and the children thoroughly enjoyed hours in the pool. The view were excellent.

We had a great weekend at Palm Beach recently. Myself and my husband were there to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. The views were amazing and the service we got from Les (and being given one of the best views) made the experience even better.

was pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit. Decor very nice. Bit disappointed that the bathroom hadn't been updated in accordance with the remainder of the unit.

We are in the process of having the tennis courts recovered. As the Body Corporate committee is required to have a few quotes and then put their findings to a meeting, the process is somewhat slow, but it is in hand. Similarly with the key which is a locksmith issue along with a lift issue and is also in the process of being corrected. The lifts are currently being refurbished and at the end of the process there will be no key as the fob will operate the lifts. Unfortunately all of these things take time and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. The apartments are required to have 6 placings of cutlery, crockery as the maximum permitted to stay in the apartment is 5. There is no requirement for the owners to provide any more than that so I'm sorry, that request would not be fulfilled. I'll have a look at the lampshades and lounge and pass on your comments to the owners. Thank you once again for your comments. I hope we see you again some time.

Very good position is great. SHame there was no surf out in front - I had to drive to Snapper Rocks each day, but thats ok.
Main bed was nice and firm.

Thank you for your comments Mark. Each of the apartments is individually owned so refurbishments are something we strive to get done but unfortunately the almightly dollar does the talking. The owners are aware that the bathrooms need to be upgraded but it is not a small task so I will pass on your comments but with little chance at this time in our economic climate that there will be any change. Our apartments are 3 1/2 star so whilst we are not the Ritz we do try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As for the waves - out of our control - but I'n sure you had a great time at Snapper.

This is my first time stay in 19th Ave on the Beach and it was recommended by my friends here who are studying..Very nice experience with the sea view apartment..

The bathroom in that apartment has recently been renovated so I don't think there will be any change to the taps but I will take on board your comments for any future renovations that are underway and make sure that the owners are aware of sharp edges. I am 40yrs old stayed with my 6yr old son and my mother and father who are both 67yrs. I found the staff to be very polite, happy and most helpful. I think that my son would have been happy just to stay in the apartments and use the facilities. The facilities that 19th Avenue has to offer are excellent especially if the weather turns bad outside. Luckily for us we only experienced one morning of showers. We spent that morning in the covered pool area.
The views were spectacular from our room (13th Floor) and getting in and out of the apartments and facilities was easy.
I would definately recommend 19th Avenue Apartments to others

Shopping trolleys doesn't fit an esky in it, prefer the other trolley with a flat bottom, but could only see one.
