We had an amazing stay in Airlie Beach , the apartment we were in was excellent having a large lounge and kitchen area along with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The positioning of the screened windows and sliding doors gave excellent ventilation to the whole apartment, while barring insects. The laundry facilities on site can be recommended too. WiFi was available in some areas of the complex.

Fabulous review Christine and a pleasing result. It is important that we have screens on windows in our climate and air conditioning.
We are working on the wi fi signal to get it to the garden view apts which is blocked due to the concrete pillars. Being in a small town, it is not easy to get the right person to fix these problems but I will keep trying!

Great to read you had a good weekend at the music festival.
Following on from your suggestion, we always provide a jug of fresh milk at check in rather than leave one in the fridge. This might have been overlooked at check in. I apologise for this inconvenience and best to ask at reception so we can offer this service to you.

Wi Fi is free at Airlie Apartments. Our compendiums are due for the annual change of information and we will update the internet information soon.

The view is great and we are in a quiet relaxing area to hear the birds sing.
I will mention your suggestion to the council for the escalator up the hill.

On our first night the noise from the apartment above was unacceptable. I approached the Manager to lodge a complaint regarding the noise. The Manager arranged for us to move to the unit above and our stay for the rest of the stay was first class. The upstairs apartment has polished wooden floors and any movement of people or furniture echoes down to the apartment below. I suggest that more mats or carpet be placed on the floor to restrict the noise to other units.

A conventient and practical accomodation with a wonderful view over the Airlie Marina & Bay area. It's only a 5 min walk to the main street. Staff has very helpful and all practicalities around our booking worked perfect.

Thank you Per-Erik and we do have good views to the marina and bay of Airlie Beach. Being very close to the town it is easy to walk in to enjoy restaurants, shopping and bars. We like to keep everything simplified and streamlined for all the bookings and appreciate everyone's arrival details to co-ordinate cleaning the apartments for check in.

Great to read you enjoyed your stay at Airlie Apartments. I will pass on your comments to my wonderful hardworking houskeepers.
With Airlie Beach built on the hill around the township, the benefits are the views and the serenity. For some the workout up the hill is beneficial and for others it is difficult. The taxi service offers short runs and will cost $5 -$10 depending on day or night time to help with the hill.

After your overnight sailing tour it is always nice to have a comfy bed and room to relax and enjoy Airlie Beach. Glad you enjoyed Airlie Apartments.

Apart from the recommendation for the cruise and the weather related to that trip everything was fine.
The location is a bit up the hill, but the view from the terrace was quite nice.
I would recommend this place to others.

We appreciate your feedback and happy that you enjoyed your apartment and your view.
On check-in, we always discuss all the tours and advise all options based on availability and the tourist places you wish to visit. We also check the weather but at the end of the day, we have no control over the weather report and what happens on the day. Arriving at 8.00pm to check-in, most tour businesses were closed and your partner selected the tour option of her choice and which could be booked online. Unfortunately it was only available on 1 of the 2 days you were in Airlie Beach.

Being in a quiet location, it is relaxing for our guests to enjoy a good night sleep. With most of the accommodation in AIrlie Beach located on a hill for the views, the local taxi service is happy to assist with a short run up the hill from the town to your accommodation. We are not a big town so most of the taxi transfers are short in distance.

We offer good value for money as not all the apartments are 4 star quality. As you mentioned, the apartments are clean and comfortable, in a great location and quiet. You forgot to mention that you 'won' a trip for 2 adults to the Great Barrier Reef with compliments from Airlie Apartments. This allowed you to take your family with you and save on some costs. Hope you had a great time.

Good stay at the apartment. Cathy was very friendly and gave us lots of advice on what we can do.
The slope we had to climb several times daily do add as additional exercise though.

I am delighted you enjoyed your stay in the Superior Ocean View Apartment. They are lovely! Our guests are our eyes and ears in the apartments and it helps us to identify items guests prefer or don't like. We are not 5 star property and the apartments are individually owned. We can always make arrangements for guests arriving after office hours or needing to depart before we open.
Our hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 9am -1pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
We always email our guests to request their arrival details.
When making your reservation, please always advise your arrival details and if the apartment is ready earl, we are more than happy to allow you to check in.
We have also started to SMS guests on their mobile phones to advise when the apt is ready for check in so ensure we have the correct phone number to reach you, even overseas numbers and country codes.

Great to be with family for Christmas. I don't think that I would have booked at AA after seeing the number of stairs on your web page, but my daughter did the booking. My reservations relate to my husband and I not being fit enough (or just too old?) and a car that was a little bigger than anticipated.

We did change your apartment from the garden view to poolside so that he had less stairs to walk. I have given your suggestions to the body corporate and I believe they are well worth being acted upon.
I am glad you had a lovely time with family and please call me direct next time so that I can ensure we can book a superior ocean view apartment for easy access from the car park. Being Christmas time, these were booked out before I could make the changes for you.
