The Manager, Cathy, particularly made the stay special with her expert advice on what to do, on ways to obtain savings on tours and by offering to take me to the Greyhound bus stop, saving me time spent under a hot sun. Thanks again Cathy!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Airlie Apartments, starting from the warm and friendly welcome we received from the manager Cathy. We were delighted with the spaciousness,cleanliness and furnishings of the apartment. For the week that we were in Airlie beach it was our home away from home. The ocean views were spectacular, and we spent many mornings and eveniings drinking in the views, watching the sunrises and sunsets (Just what you need on a holiday in paradise!)
The room had a comfortable bed, fans,airconditioning, and everything worked well. The onsite facilities were pefect for us, we made use of the laundry and swimming pool, and enjoyed the landscaped gardens. I would definitely stay again if we were to come back to Airlie beach.
Cathy helped us with our booking for a day trip out to Whitehaven beach, which was one of the highlights of our trip.

Thanks for the review Simon. When it is a full house and everyone has a car, sometimes two, it can be tight for the larger vehicles. I suggest it best to reverse back into the car spot. The undercover car park was built in 2000 when the apartments above were constructed.

Everything was very nice - we did have a small issue with the people that stayed below our appartment...Very noisy group! that the only way to dampen the noise was by closing the windows and doors. But other than that everything we beautiful

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel completely welcome. My stay was comfortable, clean and peaceful. I was able to walk to all amenities and the apartment contained all I required for my stay. I will be returning to Airlie Apartments without a doubt!

Cathy was such a kind and helpful host. She helped us with the most trivial thing (foxtel!) on a saturday night and also with a late check in and out.
So impressed with the apartments - really good value for money, beautiful view and equipped with everything you could possibly need - I will definitely recommend Airlie Apartments to others and will be back again. Thank you!

Thank you Rose, We are always here to help and try our best to assist with later check outs if the apartment is not booked for an arrival. If we get called out at in the evening, most times it is a simple request that can be fixed in a few minutes.
Most guests understand that we work office hours during the week and limited hours on the weekend. I am never too far away to sort out a issue and only a mobile call away.

Hi Charlie, unfortunately we now and again have guests who only think of themselves and not others. I always inform all guests to be considerate of each other and that they need to keep the noise down after 10pm. I am always contactable 24/7 to attend to these problems if they occur.
I am glad it was a lovely weekend with family and friends for the wedding. I hope next time you can stay a little longer.

Terrific value. Other hotels in this price range don't offer the same size rooms, full kitchen, clean bathrooms, porch, or excellent views. It's a 5 minute walk to center of downtown, so it's close to everything without being in the middle of the scrum.

The superior ocean views offer the best views in the house and are lovely apartments. A complimentary upgrade to allow you to use both bedrooms is just a little treat I like to give my guests when 2 single ladies or gents are travelling together.....and at no extra charge.

Andrea is our new receptionist and is doing a fantastic job. Catherine our cleaner also does a wonderful job attending to the apartments. Thank you for mentioning them as they work hard and are a great asset to Airlie Apartments.
The toys in the games room are great for kids to have something else to play with and there are books for adults if you want to swap them over or forgot to bring a book with you.

We had a fantastic time during our short stay in the beginning of June. Cathy was more than accommodating and helped us with every aspect of our stay. The Apartments were very comfortable and felt like a home away from home where you could indulge in privacy, relaxation and your own home cooked meals. We went on Whitehaven beach tour which was absolutely beautiful and the Reef World tour which was a once in a lifetime experience. The staff on both tours was really fun and willing to help out with anything just like our hosts at the Airlie Apartments. Highly recommend to couples of any age looking to relax and enjoy the surroundings as well as to families with children of any age.
