my family checkin late but all was arranged and ready for us on arrival, location perfect and staff very accomodating. will stay again. next time for longer.

You had a long drive that day and we always ask our guests to keep us updated if they arriving after office hours. We try to greet most of our guests, even if it is after hours, however sometimes we are off site at meetings. We were very impressed to be given a cold beer in arrival as a few had been left by previous occupants and we were able to enjoy their thoughtfulness The room had some views and it was all fantastic we loved our stay

We had a fantastic stay. The only negative was that the people staying the weekend 28 & 29 April below us were smokers and the cigarette smoke came up through the deck which was unpleasant. We went inside and shut the doors & windows. Luckily for us they weren't there the whole week, if they had been, we may have said something as this would have made it unpleasant.

It was a beautiful week for you and you ventured out and about in Airlie exploring our national parks and waterways kayaking. I hope it is not too cold back in Melbourne. Your deck on the superior ocean view apartments are timber and give you beautiful views to the water. It is a difficult situation to be put in as guests are allowed to smoke outside on their decks and we do ask everyone to be considerate of each other. Cathy was very welcoming and helpful and took time to ensure we had an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Fantastic location, great views and a lovely pool. Very well run by Cathy - most efficient. Several cobwebs around the end of the bed and underneath otherwise very clean and well presented.

We loved the set up of the pool area with the different levels we really commend the landscaping. It was a really relaxing finish to our stay in the Whitsundays

Besides the comfortable place to live in and beautiful view of Airlie Beach Town, Mrs Cathy gave us (6 friends including 2 couples and an infant) really warm-hearted welcome and excellent services. We enjoyed the time spent in her lovely apartment.

Front meeting you at the airport to booking overnight sailing tours and day tours is all in a days work in helping my guests enjoy their stay. One day I hope to visit China to see you all again. The owner of the apartment is about to take note of your suggestion and they will be installing a cooktop to make cooking easier and quicker and a dishwasher to help with washing the dishes. We had an great time at Airlie Apartments. The apartment was huge with everything you could need for your stay. It has a lovely pool, BBQ area and in a great location, a few minutes walk from the main street. Catch was one of the best hosts we have ever met, she went out of her way to help us when we had problems with our tours, managed to accommodate us for a longer stay at short notice with no problem. I would highly recommend staying it, I cannot fault anything!!

Overall experience was good as we enjoyed the pool and the barbeque. Also room waqs quite large and clean

These apartments offer good value. Our first floor apartment (no. 9) was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a sea view from the balcony. The kitchenette has an oven, four ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a large fridge/freezer. There is a coin operated laundry, which is pretty much standard in Oz. The pool arepleas shade over the pool and deck, two gas BBQs, dining tables, chairs and sun loungers - all of good quality. Cathy Logan, resident manager, is the most charming, friendly and helpful host. She is very knowledgable about and helpful in booking excursions, and will even run you to the main supermarkets which are out of town. Conveniently situated in a quiet residential area 300 metres from the town centre and beach, the only drawback is the short but steep hill that you have to climb to get to the apartments. If we came to Airlie Beach again we would definitely stay here and will recommend it to friends and family.

Thank you for your kind review & I hope you had a lovely time on North Stradbroke Island. If I am heading to the supermarket or passing by doing chores, I am more than happy to give you a lift. It is the little things that are important to look after our guests and as I say to many of you that have stayed, I would appreciate it if someone helped me when I was travelling. The apartments are privately owned by individuals and I encourage each owner to look after their investments to make them comfortable. Don't forget we offer FREE WI FI when you book your day tours or sailing tours direct with us.

We stayed in the Superior Ocean View Apartment and this was probably the BEST Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in!! The combination of Serious Luxury and excellent service was obviously fantastic but the affordability of it all was simply unbelievable!!! I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but this was actually the first time that the apartment was probably 15 to 20 times better than even what was shown on the picture and on the web-sites. We were told that the superior ocean view apartments are their top of the range apartments and really our apartment lived up to its reputation many times over! The view from our wonderfully spacious private balcony, the super comfortable large bed, the spacious and plush living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the nice bathroom were all absolutely 5 Star! The cherry on the cake however was the warm and super friendly nature of Cathy Logan. Really we did even feel away from home around her. It was a lovely stay and the view from the apartment was stunning!

We had a great time in these comfortable and quiet apartments. They were fitted out nicely with everything that we needed (eg. large saucepan for boiling pasta) and ours had a great comfortable lounge (rare in our apartment stay experience). All rooms had ceiling fans so we didn't need to use the air con and with flyscreens on all windows and doors we could sleep in comfort with the cooler ocean breeze. We were swayed to stay here based on the strength of feedback from past quests about the service and it all proved highly accurate. Cathy the onsite manager could not do enough for us and is definitely the right person for the role providing a personal service which was evident in the way that the accommodation was managed. Will definitely be staying here on our future visits to Airlie.

While the rooms, facilities and location were all good, I had issues with some of the service. The booking I requested for a day trip was not done which left me to waste my first afternoon trying desperately to find a trip with availability. I ended up having to spend more money on the trip and it did not cover all the activities I had desired. However the receptionist did try to assist me in this matter which I appreciated.

I am disappointed to hear that you had a issue with some of our service. The day trip that you indicated was not available on the day you were free. My receptionist informed me that she did phone around for other tour availability for you but she did not hear from you. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused you and your partner as we strive to ensure that you always come first! I do hope you will try us again when you next Airlie Beach. We enjoyed our stay at Airlie Apartments. The rooms were clean and had all mod-cons. It was close to all the action in town as well, although you do need to go a bit uphill. Cathy was very helpful.

Hi Penny, Thank you for your feedback and I was unaware that the microwave was not working. Always bring these matters to our attention immediately so that we can get them rectified. I would have been more than happy to purchase a new one whilst you were here. I will organise a new microwave immediately and advise the owner about your suggestion. All the ground floor poolside apartments have the bench top ovens and plug in cook tops.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Close to the swimmingpool and 2 bbq sets. But most memorable was the perfect service and involvement of the staff Cathy and others. would absolutely recomment it to others.

Good old fashioned service from Cathy at Airlie Apt. Is something money can't buy. I had an amazing 3 night stay with a mate. We received a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit, had breath taking views looking over the bay in both NE & SE directions. The unit was very neat & tidy with air con and fans plus everything you'd need. Cathy provided personal and attentive service, and always had a friendly greeting plus took the time with us to arrange tour bookings, even out of office hours. The main strip of Airlie is just down the street, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. Be ready to jump straight in the pool on your return journey from town... As it is a brief but steep walk back up the hill to the apartment. The pool is lovely with beautiful views and BBQ area though, so we didn't mind. All the tours meet you with door to boat service. I really felt like I was as comfortable as home and I am loooking forward to coming back soon to visit with my partner.

Very nice location. Close to town amenities but far enough away from evening discos etc. Beds comfortable and interior amenities well appointed.

Overall the apartment was very good. We did see a cockroach stumble across the floor at one point, but everything else was perfect.

Thank you for the high ratings with cleanliness being 9 out of 10. The reason for the cockroach stumbling across the floor was due to the whole property having the pest control done the day before you arrived. It is unfortunate that they show up dead on the floor but it least it shows the pest spray is working. I understand that a lot of people don't like to see cockroaches & that it can make you feel as if the place is dirty but that is far from the truth. It is part of our life in Australia with the bush and gardens and I also believe they exist in other parts of the world.

Just atop the hill, far enough away that its quiet, but close enough for a couple minute walk.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at the Airlie Apartments. We had the best assistance we could have asked for when planning our day trips, and our accomodations, at a fantastic price, could not be beat. The pool was clean and the view is beautiful. This is the only place to stay at Airlie beach.

We all had a great time staying at Airlie Apartments. They were within walking distance to the main street and the staff were welcoming adn friendly towards us. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and will be coming back to stay again one day soon.

Just returned from a fabulous three week vacation in Queensland! I would highly recommend Airlie Apartments to anyone staying in Airlie Beach. The view from the pool was amazing, overlooking the harbor. The apartments are situated up a hill directly off the main street so you get a great view but it is an easy walk down the hill to all of the bars and restaurants (I should know since I fractured my foot a few days prior and was still able to do it with no problem). The owner, Cathy is terrific. She was able to check us in early and even drove us into town with our luggage. Thanks again!!
