We were very happy with our stay. It was very close to Dracula's, which is our reason for coming to the Gold Coast. Will definitely give a good word to friends, as it was a good price.

Great refurbishment- shower door needs fixing so water does not pour out- no teaspoons. Gutter outside opening door on top floor needs replacing- water poured over and into open door so no air upstairs on wet night

We had to collect the security key from the security box even though we arrived at 2pm however this was straight forward. We decided to upgrade to a Lux Apartment and were so glad we did. It was modern and the right feel for a girly night away (despite the very tired exterior of the building). Great location in easy stroll to Pacific Fair, Jupiter's Casino and the restaurants at Broadbeach.

Nice clean and spacious apartment. But minimal cooking facilities. No oven. No frying pan. Microwave plate didn't turn. Would have been good to have a laundry in unit or even laundry sink to rinse swimmers in. Therefore would only stay here for 1-2 nights

I was/am totaly impressed with the service I received by your staff. Firstly, Venesa was fabulous every time I sent an email, asking for directions from Convention Cnt, airport, buses, her reply with details came back so fast. I found a few things that needed fixing, told Venesa & its DONE also thankyou to Ric for also being efficient. Taps [kitchen & shower] were a problem for me, but were fixed with extra speed. The patio security door couldn't be key locked. I left b4 it was fixed but aleast you now know that it doesn't lock. Venesa also put new batteries in my tv remote with out question. Thankyou for taking my left over food that I wasn't abe to bring back with me. The only thing that I didn't like that no-one can fix was the traffic noise.

The location of these apartments and the comfort made this a fantastic choice. I was disappointed that I paid for 4 single beds (one was a trundle) and the bigger bed was not separated like I paid for and the trundle was not made up. I was left to take the mattress upstairs and make it myself (leaving the bent frame down stairs. Also Spa in bathroom had no instructions and It took trial and error to make it work. Having said that we were very happy. We would happily come again and recommend to our friends.
