Staff helpful, ready to give us information if requested. Very good location - walking distance to Pacific Fair and Casino and buses. You dont need a car to get around. A bit noisy with road traffic if you leave the doors in lounge open, Pool area very clean and well maintained.

My husband and I enjoyed that the unit was so close to the facilities of the coast and the beach. We enjoyed that there was a pool. The only thing we really didn't enjoy was the bed. We thought that the bed was a double or queen, and it was a zip up king. This is quite uncomfortable for couples and you have to end up sleeping on opposite sides of the bed to have a decent sleep as the zip is very uncomfortable. Also my side of the stick together bed was more of an older person reclining bed style where about half way down my back the bed changed levels. This ment that I needed to sleep half way down the bed to be able to sleep at all and am going to book myself in for a massage now as my back is sore. Over all though we enjoyed staying at the unit. In reality though if there was somewhere we found which was slightly more expensive but had a comfortable bed, we would take the other accommodation just for the reason of getting a good night sleep.

Nice staff, some things in the apartment did not work, traffic noise in 301 was a bit loud, but over all our stay was pleasant, will be back.

Although the location was very handy it also meant that it was a bit noisey. The air con made conditions very comfortable. There was one wee problem with the shower but it was fixed immediately. Although the unit is only serviced once a week (standard)we were able to get any number of replacement towels etc. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The kids enjoyed the pool. The free secure parking was a bonus.

The bed was very comfortable and for the price the room was good and clean. The settee was uncomfortable and the lounge area had a 'cold' feel to it. Maybe a rug and a comfy settee would be more inviting.
