A comfortable, spacious apartment very well suited to 3 adults and two tweens. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only complaint would be the noise factor due to the roadworks outside which are obviously beyond your control. Staff member who assisted in getting bags down the stairs after a problem with the elevator to be commended. Shame another hotel guest had to cause issues with the service technician who was called out to repair the lift the night previously.

The only problem I had was the TV had no sound! I tried everything I could think of to see if the sound had been muted somewhere, but had no success to get the sound working. Otherwise all good.

Comfortable. Very homely. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Loved it! And I've heard not so good reviews about the beds but I don't understand why as I slept uninterrupted all night it was very comfortable.

Definitely not a modern apartment but still tidy And the beds were comfortable and the shower Worked so overall it suited for our overnight stay Also handy to be so close to Oasis shops. We only live 1/2 hr away but didn't want to drive home. Would Definitely use again :)

My stay with Broadbeach Travel Inn was a pleasant experience from Check In, where counter staff processed my check in quickly and was very polite, friendly and also said late check out of 11 would not be a problem. Also assisted with parking of a 2nd car for the room. The room (30)had been renovated, was bright, clean , spacious and very comfortable. Upon checkout there was a different person on reception and she also was very pleasant and it was not a problem to leave cars parked on site after check out whilst we went out for lunch Would recommend your hotel to others and will defenitley use againl
