Had comfortable and pleasant stay - 70's decor but had all we needed to keep us happy. Could keep temperature in apartment nice and cool with air conditioners and fans on both levels. Able to lie in bed and see Pacific Fair and surrounds lit up at night with drapes a little open. Drapes good quality. Rubbish bin placed very conveniently near lift. Granddaughter enjoyed many swims in the pool and I enjoyed the attached spa.

It was the perfect location for our purpose which was short stay - close to restaurants and convention centre. The price was very reasonable for a one night, 2 bed stay for 2 couples. Parking was easy. Thank you for the friendly and efficient service

Owner very nice and helpful. Rooms very spacious, loved it. Found the tea and coffee provided it the room were not fantastic. Screen door on our room was not easy to lock. Apart from that cannot find anything slightly negative to. Loved it and will be back. :-)

I stayed in a 1 bdm apartment which had not been renovated. It was huge and clean and much better value than the $300 my friends paid to stay at the Casino! The staff were so friendly and helpful. When I went to check out my phone had died, so they allowed me to charge it. It's the little things....

Very relaxing and comfortable. Ideal location to most facilities. Only downfall is the busy Highway intersection where mindless individuals persist on letting people know how "hot" their cars sound. It's no fault of yours and I realize it happens in many areas. I will continue to use your Travel Inn when I need a break and enjoy the many local activities.

Very clean and excellent location for our purpose while visiting the Gold Coast. The beds were a little hard, however I guess that happens when you're not in your own bed at home! Very good value for money too, considering location! Will definately be recommending you to our family and friends, and will be coming back to stay next time!

Had a great time and enjoyed my stay except that the person/people above me were quite noisy with scraping furniture on two nights leaving me with interrupted sleep! Otherwise everything was great awesome location and price and I would recommend it

love the new decor - and the layout of the rooms eg split between living and sleeping. i liked the fact that we could book one night instead of been locked in for 3-5 nights as per alot of other accomm places. was soo good that we have booked again over easter

The only bad thing was no TV was available. We would have like to sat outside and been able to listen to the Music from the Foxtel channels but it was not working until we got back at midnight. Disappointed that we could not even get free to air channels on the normal tv without using foxtel.

Very nice fitout with good facilities. Very close to all the venues we visited. Staff were friendly. Bed was not as good as I hoped. Traffic was noisy but not much of a problem.

I was very impressed by the spacious room. Even though the building was obviously older, the room was very modern in decor and furnishings were very comfortable. Very convenient location and great value when compared to other similar style accommodation. Friendly staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Adequate for attending Forum at Jupiter's. Close to shopping (Food) and easy to get to. Apparent that useful items have been taken off walls ie in bathroom.

Hi there Beds were excellent Unfortunately was expecting a laundry as I had stayed in one close to the Entertainment area a couple of years ago which had a laundry dryer etc and it was inexpensive at that time however, we got over that after the initial inspection. The majority of drinking mugs had chips and no fans in bathroom or toilet which we believe unhealty Also 2 cakes of soap and one small hair wash and no facewashers for 4 people is a little ordinary - however again we brought our own soap and shampoo.
