we found your staff very helpfull and friendly, the room was very comfortable. We were disappointed with the meal in your dining room, we ordered the tapas to share and really anyone could open containers and served that. We didn't bother with a main course. We will stay again but eat elsewhere next time

Only problem was that the shower door is out of adjustment and was very difficult to open as it jams against the door frame upon opening.

Great experience. Have stayed many times before. This was the best room we have had (room 41).Been ungraded recently by the looks. Reception was not open until 5.00am and there were alot of people waiting for the bus to the airport at 5.00am and needed to settle there accounts first so that part was abit hurried.I looked at our receipt while on the way to the airport and noticed that only the meal was charged out $66 not the room. I assume the $119 for the room will be taken from our visa card as you have the details. I will keep an eye on our account.

2nd time - just as good as 1st. The courier even delivered my duty free alcohol I left in my room back to the airport before our next plane departed. The courier service is prompt, and breakfast just yummy.

I find it very convenient to used this motel as the stepping-stone for any trip whether within Australia or overseas. The rooms are great and the service is very helpful, plus the availability of onsite parking for cars is brilliant.

I have travelled to Melbourne on many occasions.This is the first time it was necessary to be near the airport.The pick up was fast & pleasant drivers.the staff were helpful & easy to talk to.We would definately stay there again

Overall the experience was very good, however I would like to point out that the painted concrete area outside the reception area was very slippery when wet in fact my wife slipped when entering which could have resulted in a serious injury. i AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE 24 HOURS SHUTTLE SERVICE, THE FRIENDLY STAFFS AND THE HELPFULNESS. The motel was willing to send me to pick up my cargo, 800m away from Melbourne Airport with no extra cost. I love them because they are flexible. However, punctuality is a little problem. I was told that the van will leave on 12.15pm, but it left only around 2.25pm because they had to wait for other passengers, luckily I wasn't in a rush.

was very comfortable! clean and efficient. was just perfect for the 1 night i stayed. haven't had a chance to try the food, but possibly one day i will. was very convinent the location as it was close to the air port, the shuttle bus was very handy and helpful! the call i got before the bus left was good! just incase i forgot the time or missed it.
