This is about the fourth stay for me at this hotel - it's perfect for us with the location and the airport shuttle bus, I have the convenience of taking him on the bus to the airport then returning back to the hotel, and vice versa when he flies back to Melbourne. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the meals are of very high standard. The beds are comfortable and very clean which I believe are critical, and the amenities are adequate.
