Needing to be close to the airport we booked with you as you had free all day parking and a shuttle bus to the airport, two important attractions to your venue. When we arrived we were impressed by the beauty and serenity of the location and the attention to our needs which was most appreciated.

It was a cold night in an unheated room, but the bed and the doona were comfy and warm, the service very friendly. I received a free breakfast because i had to re-book the room due to an error.

Close to airport. We were off a 24 hours flight, so location was important before attempting a 4 hour drive. We did not dine at the motel. Reception was pleasant and efficient. Quickly done.

Your restaurant is too old to be comfortable, the air con needs to be set at a more comfortable setting, it sets up a draught and had to keep a jacket on while eating. Did ask for a table that was out of the draught but all tables appear to be the same, have experienced this same discomfort on all occasions that we have eaten there. Otherwise the stay and the service, especially the airport shuttle and car parking is very convenient.

Location of this motel for travel from Melbourne Airport is excellent, free courtesy bus a bonus. Rooms clean and tidy and to view the city lights amazing. We dined in the restaurant and could not fault the food or the service.

We were very impressed with the service given to us, and will recommend the motel to our friends and relatives. The transfers to and from the airport were very much appreciated. Our car was garaged for 2 weeks and was waiting at our door when we returned for our overnight stay. The dining room was excellent and staff courteous & professional. 10/10

I was was not happy when I checked my receipt on the way to the airport that I was charged for 3 phone calls I did not make in room 6,when we were moved to that room because if the noise in room 93 it must have been people that checked out of there before.felt did not get value for money for having to move out of spa room because of excessive noise,which was why I stayed with you in the first place. Great staff though!!
