I have stayed this motel 3 times now and have found it to be very good on each occasion. I have also had a niece stay there upon our recommendation as she was traveling alone and needed to be at the airport very early the next day. Her experience was very good and she also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a number of hotels/motels during my recent trip to Australia and this one was by far the best value for the buck. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL!!! It was also the perfect location for getting to the airport - very convenient. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was a great place to stay, only problem was alarm went off at 5am. As many guests are probably getting up early for flights maybe cleaning staff can ensure alarms are turned off between guests.

Nice room, with good comfort, good bed for sleeping deep and well, internet with a good bit-rate. Walls are rather thin, and water tap noisy, water syphon for bathroom's sink was glogged. Early morning shuttle bus clapping doors in front of the room are very loud. Very positif was, that I was alowed to play the trumpet in teh convention centre. I would come back, but asking for a room further away from the main entrance.

Could not fault our stay - my sister arrived at the hotel early, to enable her to meet me at the airport after my 18 hour flight. She expected to have to make her own way to the airport, but the staff could not have been more helpful, allowing her to take the courtesy bus to meet me. We were also transported back to the airport in the morning, free of charge. Thank you for making my return to Australia so easy and memorable. Highly recommended!!!

Friendly staff, we appreciated the airport pickup service. Some difficulty getting back to Airport, had a taxi arranged by Best Western, but had to have cases on knee as not enough room in taxi for the family plus luggage. Best Western bus sitting empty in car park! Room clean and adequate,but pretty cramped with 4 of us and luggage. Would stay there again, as very affordable.
