The room was clean and cosy room that had what we needed. Nothing special, but then it was good value for the money.

Hey guys sorry i didnt leave a review sooner but i am only just now going back through old emails and found this. My stay was quite pleasant and if i ever return to Melbourne its probably a place ill stay at again. last time i was down there was for the state of origin game at the MCG and my grandparents booked all of my travel/tickets/accomodation for a 21st birthday present so the value for money was perfect because i didnt pay a thing, they did, god bless them, and sure there wasnt many things to do at the hotel itself but we were only going to be in Melbourne for 2 days so we wanted to be out and about doing things and for guys tha flew in from Newcastle and caught a cab from the airport it was a very convenient location to just walk around everywhere. everyhing was close by including the free tram stop which we took around town one day. ended up sleeping through most of day 2 thats because my 2 guests didn't have as much money as me so our options we limited to say the least but as we were sitting around figuring out what to do we just fell asleep because our room was so cozy and beds were comfortable

The staff at the Arrow On Swanston were very kind and professional as always and very friendly. The location is fantastic and is a little ways up from Melbourne Central with a tram stop just outside the door. Value for money would be an understatement given it's central location but you will get what you pay for and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Overall a lovely stay with professional staff and my 5th stay over 4 years. This is my go-to hotel in the city if I plan on staying more than one or two nights and it is absolutely worth the money if you're on a budget.

Though tiny, I do love my room and the location was certainly excellent for me and where my daughter lives. Added to this, the services being offered are most welcome such as hotel transfers to and from airport...and tour arrangements too. The Coffee Shop and the next door friendly store are added value to our stay

Good experience for my 3rd stay with you. HOWEVER - Housekeeping started knocking on my door at a little before 9.30am on the day I was due to check out asking if I was leaving yet. She was friendly, but I felt that she could have just waited until after 10am which is the check out time!!
