It was good. Rooms are small but acceptable. Staff and service was friendly and helpful. Francis was very nice. Location was good. First night was level 1 facing the street. All street sounds came in. Next day requested move to the back of building and no more sounds. The place was clean and everything worked. Very handy to trams and the city. The hotel was value for money

Overall, better experience than last time. Staff seemed more attentive and room was available on check in. Room was clean and presented well, however I'm not sure about the "2 bedroom" set up. Exactly the same room as last time, but with a wall around the 2 beds. It made the common area tiny. Very strange. Although not your fault, but its a shame the free tram zone doesn't extend to the tram stop outside.

Small neat and tidy room. Reception fixed my fridge that was freezing everything on the day that raised the issue. Shame the gym was in the next building and had no windows and just regular air-conditioning.

Slow check in and check out process. Room was decent - sofa wasn't great, but a good place if you just need somewhere to sleep. Tram stop right outside, and close to RMIT.

We stayed as our son was competing in Powerlifting Australia National champs so it was handy. The 1 bedroom apartment was very small and unless we had an event in Carlton would probably not stay again.

Staff were helpful. Room was fine, but could have been a little cleaner. Noisy at 5:30am when around 20 bins in alleyway are being emptied by collection service. Would stay again.
