The staff went above and beyond the requirements of their job in communication prior to arrival, even to calling me by name upon my arrival before I introduced myself. This demonstrated they were aware of whom and how many people they were expecting or still waiting to check in. Very impressive.

I had a wonderful experience at Arrow On Swanston. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and the location was perfectly between everything in walking distance. Location was fantastic, we were within walking distance to everything we needed. Room was clean but really small, couch not really big enough for 2. Pillows were hard, but overall a very good place to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. I'll be back.

GOOD HOWEVER NEED MORE DIRECTIONS IN THE CAR PARK AS ONCE YOU ARE IN THERE IF YOU HAVENT BEEN BEFORE GET LOST EASY NEED DIRECTIONS TO THE ENTRANCE AS WELL AS THE RECEPTION AREA HARD TO FIND - SHOULD BE ABLE TO ENTER FROM THE CARPARK WITH A BIG RECEPTION AREA THIS WAY SIGN

Stay here quite often due to the location and value for money. Staff upon checking were slow to assist us as they were busy chatting amongst themselves. However when served the staff were very pleasant and I must say this was a one off. Tram stop right out the front and within walking distance from the CBD. Car parking is reasonably priced compared to some hotel car parking prices.

The front desk staff has been more than helpful with all of our requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the wifi: The signal was bad that we gave up and used our own internet connection, what was worse, it did not block us for automatically logging in and cost another 15D or so for the internet we DID NOT use...

It was an amazing experience. The building is located on a strategic place, so thus we can explore Melbourne with an easier way. The service offered also outstanding; we could see all staffs were friendly and did not hesitate to give us informations (as it was our first time travelling to Melbourne).

I have stayed here many times and have always found the hotel to be good value for money, the tram stop out the front is very handy and it is only a short walk into the CBD otherwise. Close to lots of different attractions.
