The car park is a dogs breakfast and confusing. The TV did not receive Channel 7 or 9 which was odd. Otherwise the hotel is pretty good.

Great place to stay. However, would not stay in room 105 again as it was right above the front entrance. Everytime the sliding doors opened it was as if there was thunder outside. The doors were quite noisy and did track well and even provide some minor vibration in our room. Still, would come back again.

Arrow On Swanston is conveniently located in central Melbourne within walking distance to both the big shopping centres as well as the queen Victoria market. Room was clean with a handy kitchenette. What came as a surprise for us was that the twin apartment had a thin partition that divided the room into 2 smaller bedrooms but it didn't cause any problem.

it was quite good, I liked the apartment, but it was a little noisy at night, and the pillows were too thin, and the light from the smoke alarm was anoyying me all night.

I was unable to stay due to illness, however the hotel arranged with my replacement delegate, that they could stay using my booking. I was very satisfied with this and when next in Melbourne will strongly consider booking again with Arrow On Swanston.

It was in a great spot with a tram stop right outside the door. Close to Bourke St Mall, Queen Victoria Markets and numerous dining options. Nothing was too far away. We parked the car when we got there and it didn't move until we were ready to leave. Parking was reasonably priced.

Experience was very good other then having no one answer the phone before my arrival to check in and having no one to at the front counter to check me in until ringing the bell and waiting 10 minutes afterwards, Room was clean and location was great though
